    I always buy aInsignia TV's and and love them BUT this TV is not up to par with past Insignia TV's I have purchased. A few times I have turned it off and sound is still playing also it has has issues with the Hulu app for what ever reason.

    If I had to do it over again, I would not purchase this television. However, my situation is unique. This tv was purchased for my 91 year old mother who has dementia. I told the salesperson I needed a "regular" tv that will broadcast Comcast/Infinity channels. I didn't mind that it was a smart tv as long as she can get basic cable. This item is going into an assisted living residence - I will not be there to set it up, turn it on, et cetera. I am very very disappointed. This is HARD to use and SET UP. I have set up many smart tv's, receivers and the like and, I will say, AM GOOD AT IT. This is confusing. The instructions are lax and very hard to navigate. I wish I could return it. The nurses do not have the time to mess with it and the maintenance man just hooked up the coaxial cable (which I re-did) and left it at that. I am going to attempt to get it easy to use but as for the time being the nurses are just leaving the tv on. Picture is just OK but that could be the residence not having new cable boxes and one line running through the floor for all tv's with splitters attached. OH WELL, it proves I should have not asked for the gentleman to suggest one and bought the Roku. I was told that one is much easier to use.
