When you fast forward or rewind it skips so far ahead that it takes minutes to get to where you want. Also it will go back to where you started to fast forward when you push play. TV will freeze and buffer a lot. Very unhappy with purchase

I have to switch to wifi connection. Some of the apps like Hulu have buffering problems. I usually have to switch to my Roku device with an HDMI connection to get Hulu.

Eventually required onsite geek squad support to resolve the issue in less then 10 minutes. This increased the cost significantly and delayed setup by about a week. Once setup the tv has operated as expected.

It would not open the Amazon Prime Video app. It kept saying it needed an update, but would never actually allow it to update.

I also have an older (10 years) Westinghouse LCD and it picks up nearly 100 channels with my outside antenna. All I can get from this new Insignia is 15. Do not buy if you have an outdoor antenna. The TV seems to be primarily engineered for the internet. Tip: all the Antenna Boosters are made for indoor antennas.
