    Having used a 1080p Insignia 2019 fire tv for years, I was expecting a bit more of the latest models. While it is a 4k display, the fire tv os is still slow and clunky and causes simple tv actions to not work at times. However it is a sizable 4k tv at a low price so, yeah

    Picture is terrible compared to ither brands and the volume sucks. No numbers in remote to get right to a channel have to go through the tv guide which is tued into amazon fire.

    The TV did not pare with my remote They sent. Tech toy house and when he took the back off he discovered that the switch as not plugged in at that factory,after he plugged it in it worked fine.I had never seen TV that could only be used with a rpte before

    Sound is not the greatest. Picture is decent. But this is a very inexpensive tv. You get what you pay for…. Note recommendation is a yes if you just want a tv. If you want a great tv, this isn’t the one.

    Managed to pick up "Direct TV Satellite Cable ( not very user friendly) However when switching TV back on I must click onto HDMI 1 each time! That is not right, but I do not know how to correct this problem.

    This tv worked good for maybe a week. Now I can't watch any app on here, it either goes to a green screen or gives an error. I uninstalled and reinstalled all apps and still doesn't work. Waste of money.
