    Purchased this TV to replace a 55” and it’s ok for now but it has a few issues that are a little annoying. It says it’s 4k but picture quality is not the same and is noticeable. I guess you get what you pay for and will be passing on this tv some time soon.

    Not a bright TV, the fire tv aspect is so annoying, it definitely is not 4K, but for the price I guess its good for a kids tv. Changing settings is such a pain due to the fire tv set up. You have to jump through hoops just to make changes to the display settings.

    We bought eight of these tvs for our business, and one is already not working. It has been less than two months. We read all of the reviews, and we thought we were making a good purchase. I called customer service and had a very poor experience. The first person I spoke with didn't understand English well. The second person that I spoke with literally fell asleep multiple while I was on the phone with them (he was snoring). After putting me on hold for an extended amount of time (I'm guessing while he took a nap), I finally hung up and am now on hold yet again. I hope we can get someone out to help us. This is unacceptable.

    What a big disappointment! The second day after I set up my tv, there’s a Big whit spot that appears when you use the Return button. Don’t get a lot of sound.

    I bought this as a gift to replace my parent's dying TV that was losing the picture and going black. When I went to their house, I literally asked is this the new TV? That's how bad the quality was. It was a TV that must've been returned by another customer because there was previous data stored on it. Highly disappointed. Luckily my parents were gracious about it and appreciative since they are retired and didn't have the money to buy a new TV on their own.

    The television picture quality is great and seemed to be perfect at first. However, this TV has been a nightmare. I bought it for my mom for Christmas and it has not worked well since the first week she installed it. It began shutting off every 45 min and now it is shutting off every 15 seconds. I can't get anyone to help me fix this problem from Insignia. They gave me troubleshooting methods that don't work and when I asked for a replacement, they haven't responded. I don't know what to do, I feel horrible that my mom got rid of her old tv and now has a new one that won't work.

    Not great for my purposes - had problem with 1st hdmi port (roku stick) after 3 days so not thrilled. Picture and sound were good, maybe just does not work well with roku?

    Buying cheap tv’s is not a good idea, it’s better to spend little bit more money and have a decent quality

    The tv and every other tv like it has a life expectancy of 2-3 years max. Once it reaches that max the picture will cease to work and you’re left with a black screen and volume. The problem cost more to fix than just purchasing another tv. Prior to that, television will work just fine. After invest in another tv.

    The picture didn’t seem to have the quality in store had but we aren’t unhappy with the purchase. We just wish it looks like what we bought

    Has a nice picture but is terrible for watching sports. It is not smooth and almost glitchy for both football and baseball.

    This TV was not for me, I like simple features. maybe quite fine for someone else who goes for all those features it offers. Returned to Best Buy.

    I purchased this TV in September 2023, and it has burned out already. This brand is a piece of junk! There were so many glitches with the performance at that time, including dropping channels and network connections. Value your customers enough not to give them trash because that is where this went. I will never buy another appliance from Best Buy. Never!

    I buy all of my home appliances and electronics from Best Buy. I bought this open box excellent as my new bedroom TV. It worked just fine for a few days but then I noticed the audio would randomly go out for a few seconds here and there. After about a week or two the sound would completely go out for hours. When you go into settings the sound option is gray and you cannot choose it or change it. It also says the speakers are off and there is no way to turn them back on. After a quick Google search I discovered this is common problem with these TV's. I did everything that was recommended as a fix, including a factory reset, but nothing fixes it. The sound may work when you start watching it, but it's inevitable that it will go out while you are watching and cannot be fixed in settings. This is the worst TV I have ever owned. I will be returning it and never buying an Insignia product ever again.
