Size was great, picture was okay. Started to spontaneously shut of after day 2 of using. Kept resetting it but no. Had to return it. Best Buy accepted return without difficulty.

OOBE not so great

Purchased an open-box item. Geek Squad labeled the TV as "working condition but did not have the stand". Took it home and the upper left corner screen was broken inside. Was able to return but got a different TV.

Don't waste your money

Turns out the backlight went out and will need to be replaced, costing more than I paid for the TV. I have other brand TVs I have had for 15+ years and still work as good as the day I bought them. Don't waste your money on these as they will need to be replaced every year thus resulting in no savings at all.

Poor sound quality

It sounds very tinny and often I think the sound is happening outside rather than coming from the tv. It’s very annoying

Buy another brand if you can

Not worth it

Frankly, I would like to go back to Roku although I'm not sure it would help with this TV. This TV is very slow to load each app and often it does not hold on to where I left off on various shows. Would not buy this TV again.
