    Was looking for a secondary TV to fit in a small recess in thr basement and this fit perfectly. Decent TV for a great price.

    This TV is too glitchy for basketball. You can't even tell which player has the ball. I wish I had bought a better tv.

    Good on the visual but this is the 2nd one I got, had to exchange the first bc after about a little over a month there was distortion in the audio for the 2nd one I just started experiencing the same problem with the audio. Save your money & get something else

    I returned this TV. I understood that it was a "budget TV" that met basic needs, however, I was really shocked by how heavy and big it was as I somehow didn't think you couldn't even buy a 43" TV these days that was this big and bulky. I intended to hang it above a fireplace and just felt nervous about the weight of it so returned it and opted to spend a little more for something lighter and of the same size.

    Paid over $300 last year Now the screen flickers Bought this one so it’ll be easier as direct replacement for the old folks

    Processors a little slow. When you stream on the apps it lags for the first 30 min

    Stopped working almost 1 year from purchase date. It was in our guest house so wasn't used often. Red light is on, but screen won't turn on.

    You definitely get what you pay for has messed up couple times already won't get another like it worth paying little more 2 get quality

    Tv cut out just over 1 year warranty would not recommend due to that tv still has sound just no image I see a lot of other buyers have this same issue right after the 1 year mark and some straight out the box stay far away.

    The sound and visual is okay, but it doesn't stay in the place you left it in. If i turn it off after watching input HMI1, i shouldn't have to go through 5 extra steps to bring it back. It's annoying. The remote is far to small for my hand. The price was right.

    Purchased this TV in 2022 for what I thought was a great deal. 43", Fire TV, 4K, LED - it was a lot for the money. After 13 months, it stopped connecting to the internet. Shortly thereafter, the screen stopped working properly (I believe it was a blow out in the bottom right corner of the LED display). Insignia will not replace it because it was 1 month after the factory warranty expired. If you plan on using this TV every day, it wont last. Go elsewhere.

    Alexa Remote is overrated

    Bought and returned. This is for the amazon and streaming guru. The features on this “smart” tv are few. And the Alexa voice only works if you have the remote in hand. I do not wish to have 2 remotes to just turn on my cable service. My direct tv universal remote did not work with the tv.

    Call me old school but I Don’t like that it defaults into streaming mode and have to change inputs in order to watch normal tv.

    i bought this tv on sale for around $250 or so, 4 months ago. this is my first 4K tv and it’s glorious. gaming on ps5 on this thing is gorgeous and so is streaming movies. those marvel movies like doctor strange graphics look insane! being an fire stick tv, you can connect to an echo dot if you have one and can control your tv using alexa which is great. so far no dead pixels or any issues at all!

    Why did I torture myself?

    Bricked itself three times during initial install period, had to do reseach myself and figure out how to firstly factory reset the tv, then get it to bypass update, then update, then I finally get it working after a few hours and the photo quality is AWFUL. HDMI to laptop downgrades terribly. Audio is nice, but I regret this purchase. It was a downgrade from a 5 year old model I was upgrading for my hotel property. So sending it back home :3 I also dislike the automatic advertising and sales tactics, just let me turn my TV on without trying to sell me things or show spooky halloween thremed crap when my kids are sitting right there. Like, horrible experience. Hopefully return goes smooth.
