Does Not Receive Local Cable Channels

Scans for local TV come back negative each time. Yet all other TV sets in the house receive local cable stations just fine. Insignia customer service has sent email suggested troubleshooting options, but none have worked. Cable system has checked their network and said all connections are fine. Have also switched HDMI cables with other sets. All cables work fine with other sets but no cables bring in local cable channels to this set. It hasbeen nearly a month of having no local cable programming on this set. The only local programming we get is sound bites of local news shows often hours old. Totally useless set.

Missing Screws

I el was very upset to have bought something new with missing pieces.

Needs work.

Not sure if I truly like this tv or just appreciate that it replaced my 8 year old tv when needed. The picture and sound are those of a tv from many years ago, I expected better quality.

Not worth the low cost

Do not get GEEK SQUAD as they will not fix the issue. You will be left with a paper weight and lost money. It's really sad. I remember when Geek Squad used to cover almost anything. Not the case anymore.

Not that great!

I was not impressed with the color and picture but to say I am used to having high grade plasma’s or OLED tv as my primary viewing tv. The picture on the insignia was dim, washed out and not sharp. I guess the bottom line is you get what you pay for.

Insignia TV steal my money, disappointed

Then never turn on after 35 days. Then it is over the 30 day exchange/return date. I have wait to get fixed, as it has 1 year warranty. Bad experience. It is exactly not working after 30 days...

BUYER BEWARE THIS TV IS TRASH

I would warn anyone not to purchase this TV because of the price. I not worth the hassle or headache since buying it Nov of 2023. This TV powers off randomly and once it powered back on all your audio connections, no longer work. And my sounds bar has to be paired all over again back to the TV. Also, the setting is very limited and you don't get all the enjoyment of the functions a feature on the TV. Buyer BEWARE THIS TV IS PURE GARBAGE...
