    So far, the remote does not work. It works about 5 minutes after resetting batteries and then stops. I go to the support website https://www.insigniaproducts.com/support but it will only give me TV to buy, it will not go to the support and manual, trouble-shotting places.

    Does not remember last input selected on power on. Usually comes up on Smart Fire home page. I normally watch cable connected to HDMI 1, but have to go to Settings each time I turn on the TV to select the HDMI input each time I turn on the tv.

    Overall the TV looks impressive and it is for the most part of it, but when it comes to fast moving scenes or sound effects, that when you start to regrest your decision to buy the cheap product. The fast moving scenes will pixelate so much that it’s unbearable to watch. Same is the case with the sound effects. Please dont waste your money for a cheap product. You will regret like I am doing now.

    Product worked well for a while, moved and very carefully handled the tv and moved it, remounted and the entire screen was non-functional, lines and pixelation all over the place. Threw away.

    Garbage. x2 DOA out of the box

    I purchased 3 of these TVs. 2 were DOA out of the box. The screen initially comes on for a few seconds and then goes to the red drinking light of death. I exchanged them at my local store for new ones only to have the same thing happen. The one TV that actually worked out of the box seems to perform well but that bad of a track record I would say stay away from this TV at all costs.

    Bought and 6 Month Later Working on Warranty Claim

    Upgraded my 1080 TV to a 4k. Within 4 months the tv was having issues where when i switched HDMIs it be completely dark. At first I thought it might be the HDMI cords so I tried on my other TV. Unfortunately that wasnt the issue. The only thing that seemed to work was to completely unplug the tv, let sit for a few minutes then plug it back in. It kept happening more frequently so Im making a warranty claim. One thing i learned is I cant do this in oerson on a 43 in or bigger of this brand. Very frustrating as if I got the same tv but a 40 in, id most likely just be able to exchange it in person. My advice is go with the 40 inch of this model and save the hassle if anything goes wrong.

    1st TV didnt work so exchanged it and 9 months later the 2nd one doesnt power on. Best Buy has told me that a 43 inch tv does not meet the requirement of 42 inches or larger for the warranty, then that I had to pay $126 and then told me to bring to the store who told me they couldn't do anything. Then I had to call 3 more numbers to get to someone who helped me try to trouble shoot and then offered an exchange. I will not hold my breath on the new one lasting too long.

    Worked great for the first couple of weeks. Video went out, nothing but sound coming from tv. This was an open box purchase.

    LIES - Not 60 Hertz 4K TV as advertised

    This TV does not support 4K 60HZ as advertised. Hertz is the refresh rate = number of times per second the image is refreshed. If you are thinking of using this as a monitor, you will be limited to FULL HD 1080P if you want 60HZ. At 4k the best you can get it 30HZ, which feels like moving in slow motion, making it very inefficient and not worth having at all. I spent a ton of time acquiring, mounting, setting up, only to find that they don't work as they say they do. Very disappointed.

    I bought this TV to replace my Daugthers 1080p 32in TV. I wasn't happy with the Tv. I wasn't sure if it was displaying 4k. After calling tech support, which was no help decided to exchange the Tv for a TCL. FYI the was displaying some content in 4K, but not all, thus reason for exchange.

    Tv didnt last longer than 2 years. Turned it off one night, turned it on the next morning and no picture. No warranty so im stuck buying a new one

    No matter how I tweaked the picture settings could not get skin tones to be correct. Sent an extra 40$ for a Toshiba which I would recommend.

    After a week the TV stopped connecting to WIFi. The Geeks were out here three times to fix it. It will work for a while then stop. Tried everything including hard boot and factory reset. Last night I stopped again. Bought a Vuzio TV today from a different retailer. Never looking back.
