    I recently purchased this tv to play 4k quailty on my xbox series X but for some reason the tv wasnt compatible with my xbox, my xbox wasnt regonizing the tv as a 4k tv.

    IF I could give ZERO stars, I would. This started out well and was very fast and suited my purposes just fine. 1year later and the board is dead. No power surges, no other explanation. This is the 2nd Insignia that I have had major issues with. STAY AWAY from INSIGNIA.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me a tv that wasn’t working didn’t have instructions or the screws for the feet. Then because I was moving I didnt get around to checking this before 15 days were up so I got completely screwed out of $160. Don’t buy open box even if they are in “excellent” condition. Truth is they don’t check their products to make sure they are working. Will not be buying a tv here again

    Horrible from the start. Remote hardly ever works. Replaced batteries. Did all the unplugging and holding down of buttons.

    Terrible and slow... I bought these are replacement TV's and 1/2 the time when you turn them off you just get a black screen with a backlight while its figuring out its life.... what is is doing? Who knows? WIll it come on? Maybe. never seems to work right, its also extremely laggy, and filled with advertisements. Do not recommend this TV. Its pretty aweful slow and sluggish.

    This TV was pretty good up until yesterday when it pretty much died. The sound works fine but the screen is dead. I bought this TV Feb 2023. It barely lasted two years. Definitely do NOT recommend.

    The HDMI port does not alway connect and you need to reset or unplug your tv for it to work. Took this tv back and got a replacement tv and it has the same issue.

    Screws was missing and Everytime I turn my TV on or off my other TV turn on and off the remote controls both

    Slow menus. Doesn’t remember where you were when you power cycle (input/app). Full of advertising. Using as pc monitor in garage so good enough for me

    TV stopped working within 2 years. I went to turn on TV and there is no picture only sound. I tried everything they suggest and nothing.

    I bought the tv back in September of 2023, and two months later am getting glitching in videos it’s bothering for the price I spent it wasn’t worth it

    I bought this TV for my mom who needed an updated TV. I love the Insignia brand and have an Insignia TV in my office. This was not that TV though this TV was not working right out of the box i had to do a hard reset and 2 days later the tv was not working again i decided to take the tv back, and come to find out this is a known issue and i am not the first one to have brought it back with this issue. I ended up returning and buying the Amazon fire smart tv.

    Bought the Insignia 43” Class F30 series LED 4k UHD Smart Fire TV on July 19, 2023. It went out on me last night November 06, 2024. No picture, no sound, just a continuous pinging sound coming from it. I’m done with the Best Buy brand Insignia. Grrrrrrr

    When I went into the store to pick up my Amazon Echo I was told it was not ready, I return again and was told the item was return because I had not picked it up, yet I didn't see a credit for the item which I knew was included in the price.

    Honestly, not really happy with this tv and I’ve usually been happy with this brand previously. It was working great for about a month but as of recently, the picture appears to pixelate when the scenes switch in a show or characters walk across the screen. Thought it was just in need of a software update so updated it and that still hasn’t resolved the issue. Unfortunately, it’s too late to return so I feel like I just lost out on 200 bucks. Would not recommend.

    Great TV, super easy to set up and use. Colors are vivid and the details are sharp. Bought it for watching movies and playing games on my PS5 and Xbox X. Games looks awesome on this TV. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a TV but doesn't wanna spend an arm and a leg. For the price you simply can't beat it.
