    Not working with Bose external speaker Soundlink2

    I am not able to use my Bose external speaker with AUX cable with the headphone jack. It is suddenly stopped giving output and the speaker getting muted.

    The TV was cheap and you get what you pay for. The sharpness is not good, but this is a good TV for a small child, not for a main room or game room.

    The downside is that when you turn the tv on, it automatically displays the streaming stations rather than the tv stations. There is a workaround but it’s only temporary.

    If you're looking for a cheap TV, this may be right for you. However, you can pay about $20-30 more and get the same size LG which is much better quality.

    Slow and Loud

    First thing when you start this TV up is either a super loud ad or an annoying movie preview. TV turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity and theres no setting to change this. Had this TV for two months and its already slow and requires often restarts to reconnect to the WiFi. Wouldn’t wish this TV on my worst enemy, even for the deal. TV isn’t worth the price even on sale.

    Bought an open box in “excellent” condition. I did curbside pick up and when I got it home the screen was broken. Received a gift with purchase and I forgot it when I went to return it, I had to return the gift before getting a full refund. The only reason I can’t recommend it is because I could not even use it.

    Best Buy in house products aren’t worth your time

    Terrible tv. Broken out of the box. Arrived damaged because the packaging is terrible. I called Best Buy two days after the return window because didn’t realize it was only 14 days and they refused to help. Best Buy used to be great but that’s changed. Shop at other retailers and avoid Best Buy.

    The TV picture failed less than one month of being operational. We bought this TV for my mother-in-law for her birthday. She uses it to watch DVD and basic TV stations using rabbit ears. She doesn't have wi-fi internet as she's not interested in it. Had to return it and exchanged it for another brand since I didn't trust the Insignia brand again.

    This is the sixth product ive brought from best buy. My air fryer caught on fire within one year of purchase my computer stopped working after 2 years. The 2 tvs all stopped working at about 2 years! Im starting to see a pattern! Best buy ia selling defective products!

    I returned it got Samsung instead. I didnt walk out the store had second thought sales rep recommended samsung better quality.

    BestBuy canceled our order after UPS lost our tv. Still waiting for the promised refund. Not a good experience. Can’t really review the tv since we never got it and their customer service was extremely slow in “helping” us get to the point where they just canceled our order with no other options.
