Cheaply Made TV Set

Geek Squad came out and we did some troubleshooting but the input issues and remote issues continue. Avoid this item.

Help, my tv only worked for 4 months!

I had to repurchase, dispute new price.... but finally did a p/u in January. It stopped working late April, ~4 months later after my ciber optic ATT wifi went down, when the wall plug in went dead. It keeps freezing during set up?

Do not buy this TV from best buy

I’ve powered it down, powered down my router (every other device works fine) and reset the TV to factory defaults. Also it’s no longer returnable. Horrible product and service

Frustrating TV

Cannot remove power cord

If mounting on wall ensure built-in power cable can reach wall outlet. Drawback is now I have to use an extension cord.

Horrible TV

Never had this issue with the two Samsungs I have in my house. Filled with amazon products. Spectrum app isn’t compatible so I can’t watch anything from my cable provider. Waste of money and I’m shocked it received high ratings.

Do not buy

Not the speakers. I can only imagine it’s from faulty capacitors. Do not purchase this without buying the warranty. I’ve only had it for 6 months with very light use. Now I’m out $250 and I have to replace it. Avoid this product.

Not good connectivity

It took over 45 mins just to update. I made sure my wifi signal was adequate so that was not the issue. I exchanged it for a replacement (same model) and it did the same thing. I returned it and paid the extra 90 bucks to get an LG and it works awesome.

Dead pixels on arrival

Unfortunately I can not longer return it or exchange it. I guess you get for what you pay for

Tried everything from replugging it in, using the remote to factory reset, and more. But nothing changes..great that this issue had to come up right after the return deadline...

Would not recommend

We have to unplug and replug the tv back in every day to make Disney+ work. Tv is up to date and we don’t have issues with Disney+ on any other tv. You get what you pay for I guess.
