The box looks better than the TV

I know the difference and what to expect in quality. I also have purchased open Box Excellent. This tv is so blurry and hard to here. My Bose speakers barely make it better:

Very slow

low quality overall

They offered to fix it but it was going to cost more than a new one. of course their "protection plan' costs as much as the tv as well.

Went back and got another fire Tv pioneer model and it did. Same exact thing. Ended up buying a Samsung. Wasted a whole day trying to get this television setup for my daughters dorm. Not a fan of insignia or the fire tv.

bad quality

Horizontal lines after 2 months

I tried troubleshooting tips and they didn't work. TV is also slow & not very responsive to remote.
