    Tried buying this twice. First one, airplay didn’t work. Second one, wouldn’t even turn on.

    I bought this TV to use on the wall in the living area of my camper. I wasn’t able to install it there because a mirror hanging in the spot for the TV is literally glued to the wall! So plan B was to take it home and use it as a TV in the Master bedroom. The picture quality is noticeably better than the 1080 tv I had before. I still can’t believe that this smart TV cost so little. It was a cinch to get it up and running on my wireless network and streams everything I want to watch flawlessly. I am loving it a lot!

    I’m actually really surprised by the quality. My other TV is an 82” mid range Samsung QLED which I love. Although this Insignia brand is smaller, the picture is excellent. The sound is just OK, but it doesn’t really matter because if you really care, you should be using a sound bar anyway. The interface with fire TV is very fast and smooth and I enjoy Netflix, prime, etc. very seamlessly highly recommended, incredible TV for the price.

    This is simply a GREAT Smart Fire TV at a good price. It replaces another Insignia TV that was around 10 years old and still works fine. Based on that experience, I decided to stick with Best Buy's Insignia brand and I'm glad that I did. After cabling the TV to the Internet, setup and adding apps went flawlessly. Picture quality and color is great. I added speakers and an amp, but the built-in speakers aren't bad. Fantastic, inexpensive TV.

    I ended up having to return this tv and get a bigger one..i now have a 50inch same brand n 4k and so far its been a great tv with faster download than my plasma which it replaced the only complaint i have is upon in stallation the screen was way to bright but this is easily fixed under the setting then display option..other wise its got a great picuter and light weight i give it a 4.5replaced

    A Leap into the 21st Century for me

    I should preface my comments by stating I am 78 years old and this is my first investment into anything SMART and to date I am very pleased. The color and clarity of picture is very fine. Sound also good. The one real drawback is the flimsy remote. Some of the buttons don't work at all. Luckily the TV is linked to my cable box, whose remote compensates greatly for what the TV remote lacks. For example, the TV remote only has an up and down key (no 0 thru 9 keypad) to change channels, which means it takes a while getting from channel 2 to channel 97. Fortunately, the cable remote has such a keypad. I like being able to link apps like YouTube and AppleTV+ to the large (for me) 43" screen. Unfortunately, the TV comes with no manual, which I guess is par for the course these days. A SMART anything really requires a manual!! I've only called Insignia Help twice so far. The first time a Representative answered IMMEDIATELY (no unhelpful computer trying to help and wasting 10-15 minutes until you are finally turned over to a LIVE person, which usually also requires an additional 10 minute wait). I was having difficulty accessing Alexa and he solved my problem in seconds. The second time I called, I did get a recorded voice, which told me due to high volume of calls, I would be connected to someone as soon as possible. I waited for an half an hour, when I was abruptly disconnected. So, a 50/50 experience with Insignia Help. Fortunately, there is the Internet nowadays and of course, trial and error to figure out how things work. In general, though, I am quite pleased with the set.

    Picture quality is outstanding and built in fire TV is great. I got this $100 off so its a deal I couldn't refuse. The remote is similar to a fire stick remote and functions the same. I have it setup with bluetooth to my Sony amp and it works great. Even turns on the amp when i turn on the TV. TV speakers are pretty good too for this price point.

    I couldn't believe what a great deal we got on this TV at Best Buy. Our previous TV just totally died one day so we needed a new TV quickly, with little time to search for options. I was pleasantly surprised as this TV was much less than i expected to pay and it was easy to set up, the picture is clear, the sound is good and it is easy to operate. I would definitely recommend.

    The thing that I mostly liked about the tv is how it has Alexa, the quality when I play games on my Xbox, the game mode, the sound is really loud, I like how it has programs like netflix plus the ones you can install besides that, the amount of apps it has, overall the tv is fire

    Great TV for the price in terms of picture quality and ease of streaming, with one catch: you cannot pair Spectrum cable remotes with this TV. Spoke to Insignia, Best Buy and Spectrum for a total of 4 hours...tech support Levels 2 & 3...and the final answer was, "If you need to use one remote, you will have to get a different TV."
