Great tv for the price. Great picture. Could use better audio. But still a great deal

Item preforms exactly as advertised. Received an Amazon echo dot 3 with it as well at no cost. Definitely not a fancy item, but price point is reasonable. Walked in store at 8:30 on Christmas Eve, and was out 10 minutes later. The employee who helped me was concise with his assistance. No cheeseball schtick. Gave me the rundown on a few options without being abrasive. Extremely satisfied with the value, and ease of acquisition.

Beautiful clear picture, good sound. Had difficulty with the sleep feature (fire TV standard); screen kept going black while gaming. After searching online and finding directions for remote ADB app I was able to disable that feature with the app on my phone and it has been perfect since then

I really love this TV and I bought it during the Black Friday sale so you know the price is gonna be good. The screen is really clear and the graphics are immaculate. I use the TV mostly for gaming and it enhanced my experience!!

Excellent budget TV. The picture quality is excellent. The sound is adequate meaning that it's not going to be as good as a surround sound system but has high enough quality to not distract from whatever you're watching.

We were looking for a larger TV for a second home and it didn't need to be extravagant as it would not be used very often. We had a smaller Insignia TV already there so we went with a larger screen model and we love it. Great picture and overall appearance.

I really bought this as a monitor for my laptop when I work from home. I have used this same unit at work for the last two years and it has been great. When I saw it down to $170 delivered to the door, I got it.

The tv is fine - however, the 4 screws needed to attach the base were missing . I was told to go to Best Buy to get the screws. This was inconvenient and defeated the purpose of ordering online and having the item delivered.

I just purchased this from my local Best Buy in Murietta, California. I was not offered the opportunity to verify my purchase. This unit comes with absolutely the worst-designed remote I've ever encountered. Because you can't operate the TV without a remote, this is a serious issue. First, it was almost impossible to remove the battery cover. If you can't insert the batteries, you can't set up and operate the TV. I used a tiny flat-bladed screwdriver to pry off the back. That should not be necessary. Second, the select/navigate button is extremely hard to use. I'm not fat-fingered, but I constantly found myself mis-entering selections, especially when entering my email address to access apps. Third, the remote is not intuitive. I bought this TV to replace a Hissence Roku 43-inch unit that died just out of warranty. The remote looks cheap compared to a Roku remote, which I think is much better designed. Fourth, besides being not very intuitive, the buttons on the remote are tiny, making them hard to use. (Sorry about making this review mostly about the remote, but the unit is virtually unusable if you can't make the remote work.) On a non-remote-related issue. I have yet to figure out how to access through the remote (now that I have the TV working) to find the menu item to switch from the internal speakers to my home theater speakers through the digital output. If someone from Best Buy actually reads this review, can you tell me how? I can get into the sound menu but see no way to switch from the internal speakers to the digital output. Help. I bought this unit based on its very high 4.7 ratings and very reasonable price. Overall, the picture looks good, especially my Blu-Ray discs but I will reserve further judgment until I've lived with the unit but I am considering returning the unit within the 15-day return policy to exchange it for a Roku unit from a different manufacturer. Do not buy this unit unless you are willing to invest in an additional universal remote. There is an Insignia brand remote available at Best Buy for $19.95 (which is currently on sale, but seems expensive to me when better units are available from other vendors for around $10). I am going to try one of the universal remotes I have to see if I can get a better user experience one I find the appropriate code.

Great purchase. Excellent picture and sound. I am hearing impaired, and the sound projects so i can hear everything clearing. Purchased this tv to go cable free best investment.

My other insignia died had it for 12 years and the olny reason it died was because i hit the screen with something hard. This is a great TV great value and the picture clear and its a smart TV. I highly recommend.

I had seen an insignia TV while hospitalized in the summer. I was stunned at the clarity and color which prompted me buying my set. I'm so pleased and Sonia the girlfriend. We absolutely love it

The Insignia F30 television has exceeded our expectations. The clear, colorful picture and the many viewing opportunities have been a welcome addition to our household.

I've never had an Insignia brand TV but this one fit the perfect criteria needed for my bedroom. It's been a really good expeirance so far but still navigating different streaming options. Great Price and next day delivery - total no brainer !!! Order One !!
