One of my complaints however is that when I first got it I wasn’t able to download apps but they problem has passed, I also think there is some sort of input delay when playing games but I don’t always feel it.

Picture quality is great, but the OS is terrible.

Cons: There is about an 8 second lag in TV settings popping up when you press the button. Also, when the TV needs to be updated, instead of it telling you this or just doing it, it just ceases to function and you waste a bunch of time checking internet connection, checking other apps, etc. And after you update, the television STILL won't function until you restart it. It doesn't tell you that either, so again, you waste time checking connection and other apps. I don't know much about newer TVs, but I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Clumsy User Interface, Many Streaming Channels

Poor sound from built-in speakers, but easy to add external sound bar. On-screen menu interface is clumsy, not intuitive. My 8-year old universal remote refuses to learn from the Insignia remote, and none of its 12 built-in brand code numbers for Insignia work either.
