I am not computer savvy. It took me forever to set this tv up. We actually had the GEEK Squad here because we couldn’t figure this out. And the worst part: the power went out and this tv failed to be “Smart” enough to remember the settings. I am not into Amazon at all…

I like this TV really well except for one small issue. When changing from streaming to antenna input the sound volume drops by a huge amount. You can re-adjust from the remote and then all is well so I guess I don't have a serious complaint.

Picture is nice but colors are a little dull. Sharpness is OK as well.

Tv is good overall but not the best. Price point and image is good but not the best. Dark colors could be darker and lighter colors could be more vibrant. Good for standard gaming and nothing too competitive like league gaming. I would recommend for anyone who wants a tv for movies or casual gaming.

Good features, well-designed. Also, if it fails, I have Geek Squad protection. Also-and this is important-I can control muting and loudness of headphone jack-very important when I use bluetooth earbuds, which is all the time.

I had an older version of this Insignia TV and bought this one as we had changed to the new clear electrical wiring for our house. It was so easy to install and works great!

This Smart TV has everything you need for a solid unit under $200. The menu is user friendly and the remote as well. The only comment I can make on the con side is that when viewed at an angle the picture sharpness declines significantly. Overall a great buy for the money

TV came fast and works just fine. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a decent-priced tv. its alexa voice activated as well and required very little set up process.

Excellent image quality and color space for an entry level 4K TV. Has HDR support and looks amazing while playing Xbox or using the built in apps, which run and behave very smoothly.
