    Had this TV for about 2 years now. At first I thought it was a great deal. Good color, excellent resolution. Then I discovered that the resolution was party faked - the TV has low color depth and uses a 'dithering' effect to approximate many colors. Red-on-black particularly gets fuzzy and lacks clarity. Then today, the entire screen starts to flicker like there's a bad HDMI signal... but it does it even on the internal menu screens so the problem is not an external cable. This TV only comes with a 1-year warranty, and starts to die at 2 years old. Buyer beware.

    Overall contrast wasn’t perfect .handles fast paced motion not on point but certainly not as bad as other tvs loved it. Its perfect for mainstream use

    Great TV overshadowed by awful customer service. In fact I am still waiting for a refund on protection plan that was never eligible for as TV is 43”

    Tv is okay, way too much extra stuff probably because its a fire tv. Also if you play games and like to hear the xbox/Playstation start up noise this tv will cut it short which is a big fail. Another if you turn your volume down and turn off the tv the volume will go right back up every single time, its extremely annoying. All in all i wouldn't get another fire tv i kinda wanna throw this one out the window most days

    Need 10/10 wifi for it to work

    My TV refuses to connect to the wifi, at first I thought it was a wifi issue but after a booster and much other maneuvering, I’m still unable to get it to work.

    TV did not come with the remote so it was even usable out of the box. These TVs require a remote to complete the setup. Box was also missing the screws for the leg mounts. The TV otherwise looks nice and the app functionality works well.

    Bought this tv on 12/21/21. Worked great until 1/8/24 when picture suddenly went black. Tried YouTube resolutions to no avail. Audio is working fine; just don’t get any picture at all. Nope. Would not buy again. I expect my tvs to last more than 2 years.

    We haven’t had this TV a year and it died. It won’t turn on despite us trying all the “fixes” we found online. Thankfully it was just the TV in our bedroom, so it was easily replaced with a more reliable brand.
