    My DirectV remote doesn't work with Insignia....always worked with Samsung.

    No Spectrum ability

    Do not buy this TV if you have Charter/ Spectrum. You will not be able to connect as a smart wifi connection. Get a Roku TV. Best Buy was worthless suggesting I ship it back, giving me a non-working phone number to do so. I tried to give less money to Amazon going with Best Buy. I ended up buying a Roku stick to make it work. The TV itself might be fine, but in my case, without the ability to connect to my cable company wasn't worth it

    Scrap metal after less than three years

    Before yesterday, I would have given this 4 stars, with one star removed because occasionally it freezes and needs a reboot. But last night, the picture went dim and flickers every few seconds. It’s so dim I can barely see the screen to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked. I’ve tried power cycling, updating firmware, factory reset, changing display settings, different power cord. Nothing works. I’ve had this tv for less than three years. I don’t expect a lower end tv to last forever, but it should last longer than this. So disappointed.

    OUT 300.00 bucks

    Bought a new insignia 43 inch tv this morning took it home plugged it in had lines running through it, took it back they said it looked like it had impact damage ????? did the factory do it in packaging, they would not replace it, almost paid 300.00 gave them the tv and receipt, no good to me, guess I will just have to do without... was gonna order from amazon, thought it would be nice to buy local... NEVER happen again... Retired on SS can't afford to buy another TV... oh well..

    Fine TV. Don't like how awful the FireTV UI is. Forces you to an ad every time you open the TV.

    Purchase Lg or Samsung brand

    Literally took the tv out the box and hung it. Completely damaged . I will not be purchasing this brand again . TERRIBLE . They are supposed to come fix it but I don’t even want this brand anymore . Customer service was great however I’ll rather stick to lg or Samsung to save the headache . I’m assuming someone dropped the tv or returned it damaged

    Maintenance worker

    This tv comes out of the box very nice, until it's all hooked up and then goes off on a sleep timer constantly. I googled and YouTube searched and there is no way to turn off the timer permanently. This makes for a very poor product.

    Bad quality. Resetting and WiFi problem

    After a couple days, I have to return the TV because it’s resetting by it self and dropping the Wi-Fi signal. Not recommended

    The remote does not responds quickly for tv operations. Also Screen started flickering and blacking out after using 3 yrs

    Stolen money to purchase

    This tv was bought from someone hacking into my checking account and you allowed it cuz you did not check ID’s

    WiFi doesn’t work

    The WiFi in the insignia tv does not work. Once tv turns off and on connection is lost
