It sounded like it was going to explode. When it was full it sounded like grinding gears and had to be unplugged because it was so loud that you would have had to scream to hear over it. I returned it 14 days ago and still don’t have a refund.

The ice is crushed/tiny so it melts fast, not nice sized cubes like you’re probably wanting. The ice is so wet as well so if you try and make ice in advance and put it into a zip lock bag to store in your freezer, you will have a nice solid block of ice :) There are better ice makers out there for half the price. Lastly, IT IS HEAVY. Like 40+ lbs heavy. If you do buy it after reading this terrible review, make sure you read the book of instructions all the way through bc the most important step is listed on the last page. Genius.

Bought one for my mom who was absolutely ecstatic to finally have nugget ice at home. To only plug it in run the clean cycle and have the entire counter and floor soaked with water. Water just continuously runs out of the bottom, from what i assume is a plug. For a product to be so poorly made is ridiculous. Almost every good review has a worse bad review and i wish i had listened to the bad reviews. It wont let me upload videos either, but i can assure you this product is absolute trash.
