Very easy to set up and produces a good amount of ice

My wife really wanted one of these and I was looking at the GE Opal but settled on this and I am glad I did! She loves the ice and it makes it quick! Cleaning it about once a week, which is easy will save you headaches down the road. It you are looking for one of these nugget ice makers definitely look at this one!

Got a bad one from the get go was load and quit working soon after but loved it when it worked

The icemaker makes great ice. Only complaint are the buttons on top are easily turned off when scooping out ice. I have woken up several times in the last month and found water all over the floor and countertop. Because the icemaker well actually turned off and the reservoir overflows from the melted ice.

Only had maybe 4 months and it has already broken. Makes a loud squealing noise and won’t make ice anymore. Warranty was outrageous so I didn’t get it and didn’t think it would break after only 3-4 months I wouldn’t buy it again if I had the chance

Set it up in minutes and it was makeing ice. Like how the cubes are small

Ice maker made it just in time for Christmas, wife surprised and very happy, plugged it in, added water, tried to do clean cycle even just to be a rule follower, said it needed water, added some, saw it drain some out, appears to be gravity drain. Looks like compressor and pump doesnt work at all. Very dissappointed, saw reviews of it not being quiet, i thought well i can’t hear it running, guess that’s because its not. Have other insignia products, this one is a dud so far. I really dont want to have to wait in line tomorrow….. ugh

Makes ice super fast. Only down fall it’s super loud and noisy at times. And sounds like it’s gonna explode.

Would be much better if could hook directly to a water supply. Love the small nugget ice though

Not quite sonic ice. A bit harder then. But still better then most.

Great machine for the money. My wife loves it! It is a bit loud while running.

Makes nice small ice, like Sonic, if it is working correctly. If you buy it, buy the extended warranty. I never buy them, but I bought it here & glad I did. The first one broke before it was a year old. I have a new one. Hope it last longer than the first did.

Love the ice. Don't have to make as many runs to Sonic now. Unit is a little noisy.

This little thing is awsome not only does it make a ton of ice it is really cool crunchy nuggets i really love this little machine keeps making ice in the morning it is practically full we use a lot of ice it is good for drinks but not for an ice just the nuggets are to small but for drinks its perfect

We are on the third machine. After two returns with a replacement that I’m pretty sure is a remanufacture instead of a new ! All three machines have started out great after about a month they get very loud and stop making ice up to full capacity.

Makes great ice. Just like sonic. Although wish the door was easier to open.

Second one I have gotten. First one after a few months started making a horrible noise and not working properly. Exchanged it and replaced with same thing. Again after a few months it has started leaking all the water out from somewhere on the bottom. Will not buy the same thing again.
