No problems works great keeps the room cold a little noisy but not to bad

Hook up is easy. Didn't receive the window adapter so had to make one. Seems to work better in smaller rooms than stated. I like that the louvers move up and down to disperse the air around.

I bought this to help keep my bedroom cool. It does cool to the point it’s very cold then switches to fan mode and the room warms up again until it kicks back to cooling mode then very cold again. Obviously this mean blankets on, then blankets off all night long. And it’s very loud. If you don’t have AC in the bedroom then it would work great keeping it on the dehumidifier mode. It’s just too cold for us. Switching to a Dyson pure cool fan.

Works pretty good, using in a smaller room than the specs say and it does the job, but on really hot days it doesn't quite keep up. In short, if you are using it in a larger room, you might want to get the next model up.

A little loud but works well. Keeps the living room cool during summer.

It's light and it has wheels. The only negative that I can think of is that you still have to attach the exhaust hose to a window and that thing gets warm. I love the timer function and the unit works well for my duplex.

While the unit works well, it did not come with the hose need to allow draining of the water it collects. The tank also needs to be siphoned at the end of season. None of this was mentioned upfront in the description

It works great at keeping my sons room cool. Only thing I would say needs improvement on is where u connect the hose to the window. There r to many gaps and it doesn’t seal all the way. But other than that it’s great!

This portable air conditioner didn’t really fit what I was looking for but it got the job done. The connector to put it in the window was too long so I had to create my own make shift contraption to keep the hose in the window. Pretty crafty on my part. It also says that it swivels or shifts but the whole unit doesn’t move. Only the front flaps move up and down. It’s not worth $300 in my opinion but it’s good enough. Without rewards I wouldn’t have brought it for that price. I highly recommend looking into other options before purchasing this particular unit.

It's been a miserable summer with temperatures reaching over 90s consistently the last month. This unit has kept my bedroom cool, bringing it down 15 degrees in <5 minutes. Haven't used the fan and dry functions, but I couldn't recommend this more for cooling a smaller room. Set up was easy, taking us 20 minutes to get it running and it fit wonderfully to our sliding window.

Love it.. cold air... little noise but no problem... just perfect

Bought this a little over a year ago. It's sat in the garage most of that time, but twice, when the home A/C crapped out, it was a life saver. Used it in the Master Bedroom and slept comfortably when the temperature in the rest of the house was above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Works fairly well and probably as good as this type of ac can. No windows with the right setup to install regular window unit ac so went with this.

A/C works well easy set up. One thing I wished it had stated on the box was that the exhaust panel is ~27 inches long. The room I am sing this for has 21" high horizontally sliding windows. Rather than attempting to cut the panel and ruin it, I ordered a replacement from China online, as local hardware and box stores did not carry replacement panels.

Easy to install in window. Cools room fast and has nice digital display.

A great portable air conditioner. Only had the unit for 2 months but so far it's been working great. A little noisy when running but not as bad as other units. Hoping I get many years out of this unit.

I didn't know what to expect out of the portable air conditioner. But it pleasantly surprised me ! At night i don't even have to put the AC on just the cool fan and it cools the room up, I have an open room/closet/bathroom and it cools the whole area up. It has a swing function that allows the air to blow around and not just one way.
