This is a great air conditioner for a bedroom or small living room. Slightly loud, but not too bad.

Has been good so far. I have a pretty small home and this cools it pretty good but if being used for just one room will be even better

I have had several portable AC units over the last several years and this is by far the best. So far I haven't needed to run it any higher than low to keep it comfortable in my metal home. I love the way the vents swing up & down circulating the air.

The unit is barely able to keep up with the heat buildup in my house, but I knew that when I bought the unit. Simple, easy to use.

It works amazing for about 300 square feet. Much larger of a room and it just can't keep up on hotter days. It blows ice cold air and is pretty quiet. For the price you can get two and pay about the same that you would for a brand name and cool a large area.

It’s been so hot where I live and have no air so I bought this and it’s been the best! I had crank out windows so that being an issue, I had a piece of plexi glass cut to fit window and a hole cut in it to fit the hose and it works great.

This portable AC is blowing cold air as it should be, but unfortunately it’s very loud.

You know the saying, you get what u paid for. That is true with this unit. It is extremely cheaply made. The exhaust hose is flimsy and the exhaust hose window attachment is even worse. On real hot days the unit struggles to cool a 15X15 room as the exhaust air is so hot and the exhaust hose is so paper thin. It’s ok for $300 but I wouldn’t buy it again if I needed another.

This is air conditioner was very easy to install and use. It has done well in a more much larger then what it is meant for.

Takes a while to cool down a room. Has nice features, tell you temp in room when not on, has dehumidifier and fan built in.

Great unit for a smaller space. Saved us when our Central AC went out during a heat wave. Worth every penny.

Bought this in case of power outages during storms to run off my generator, seems like it is a good portable A/C

This is good for bedroom in an older house. Quickly cools down the room on hot summer evenings.

Great Item, love the ease of it. The only issue I would have Is with Best Buy. Purchased this as a new item but did not get the manual or the remote. Because they sold out very quickly I wasn’t even able to exchange it :/

This air conditioner was as expected and is performing well. The minor concerns are the design of the window piece which will very likely need to be cut to size for most windows (easily done) and that they did not include a hose for emptying the tank when using the dehumidification feature, which would seem to me an inexpensive convenience to give the consumer.

loved that this came with a remote and it has worked great. i place a towel on it and it burned the plastic then stopped working :( but that was my fault and had nothing to do with the product

I bought this during the summer last year and it was the best investment I’ve done. I love how cool it gets and it works instantly to cool down large spaces

This item is so great to move around. No need to lift to the window any more. My room is kept nicely cool.

Just a couple weeks after purchasing this unit, the compressor expired on our home AC system. For a month now, this unit has been our AC unit in our house. Very impressed! I just wish I could be impressed with our home warranty company!
