Excellent portable A/C

I wanted another one for my bedroom. I probably only needed an 8 btu unit but when the weather reaches 90 to 95 + degrees you need the extra btu's so I got the 10 btu. Compared to other brands I have this unit reg. price at 349.00 I was able to purchase for only 299.00. This is a great value for the price. This unit is nicely designed, with the tall design lets the ac blow over chairs, beds etc. Another feature I like is the blower, low, med, and high. It blows very strong witch pushes the ac air all over the room. I gave this unit 5 stars and I truly mean it.

This A/C gets the room cold QUICK

Cools well but runs continuously
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This does a good job at cooling my upstairs bedroom but the fan NEVER shuts off when it's powered on. Overall poor, not-very-well thought-out, design of user controls. It runs 24/7 and constantly circulates the air after the cooling phase finishes. The "dry" setting has no option to set the desired temperature, it is basically just setting the low temperature to maximum. It's kind of loud even on the "low" fan setting. The middle fan setting is kind of useless, the high setting is only like 10% louder. I wish this thing had more intelligence and more options. I'd return it and get a smarter portable unit if I could.
