Bought for our cabin. Seems to cool area intended.

Worked as it should. Needed to cool about 800sqft with this. It made the room cool enough to sleep, that’s about it!

All features wirk, but the coolant compressor makes a tone of noise...hard to sleep. Our Fridgedares wirk and sound better.

I figured that it would be perfect for what was advertised for my bedroom. I got it home and it constantly runs it will not shut off once it is to temp.

Works well, but when the compressor kicks off it vibrates the whole unit and is very loud. Wakes me up several times a night since it kicks on and off several times per hour. I've even opened it up and it seems to be caused by the rubber mounting grommets not absorbing enough of the shake. Also there were two screws loose on the inside, one inside the fan Get a model with better build quality.

Decent unit. Cools fast. Off brand but serves the same purpose as the name brands. Would recommend.

I live this air conditioner but I think I am going to exchange it for a larger one. It has gotten hot n this is not working for my room

I really enjoy this portable air conditioner. You may need to hand cut the window fitting but other than that I love everything else about this AC.

This is my first summer in my current apartment, and so far the AC has gone out 3 times this summer(I live in Phoenix). Well I bought this unit on my way home from work after getting an email informed of the AC being out for a few hours. I had to take it out of the box to get it in my car, and I was not paying attention to the contents at that time. I get home to find out the AC is back on, but decide to keep it because I am sure it will come in handy, and realize that I am missing a few contents. This is my second portable AC unit, had one in Texas, so I know that it's missing the foam seal tape and the window "holder" for the window had already been cut, the remote had batteries installed and I had zero hardware to see her the window "holder." I'd be fine without these parts, as they are easily worked around or purchased... But I did pay normal(it was on sale online) price for this, and that's the frustrating part.

Easy to install. Control panel is easy to understand. Fan not very powerful but when used with a ceiling fan it does a great job.

I purchased this unit for my small apartment bedroom and only got to use it a couple of months before I moved to a place with central air. I packed it in original packaging and kept in storage closet upright position. I moved yet again to a place with no central air and brought out air conditioner, it worked well for about a week before it got so loud I couldn't hear the TV above it's noise. The unit was always loud but it's ridiculously loud and seems to feel overly warm to the touch. I have this is my little girl's room but am now afraid to use as I fear it may cause a fire. I'm a single mom and can't afford to replace so we are trying to get by with a regular fan. I bought this because it was all I could afford. Now I'm out of money and me and my girls are sweating in this HOT apartmentSo I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Wonderful, love it for the bedroom. The reason why becauces it was alot easier to move. Dont have to left it up into a window.

Okay for small bedroom ... loud noise .. the connection short to window

This ac unit works well for a couple rooms. I wouldn’t use it for too large of an area because I think it would have to work too hard.

Portable has been a great product for me. This is my second year using it and it is still feeling great. I was told these type of air machine weren't worth it, but its been wonderful for me, so ill say its worth the money.

I got an open box of this unit. Not sure if that's where the problem started or not. I have a very small but old and poorly insulated duplex in the central valley of CA. I'm no architect, but I'm pretty sure the whole place is under 500 sq ft. I have an 8000 btu window unit in the living room that does ok to keep that and the kitchen reasonable unless it's 100 plus outside. The bedroom and bathroom were a different story though. Almost as hot as outside. Thought this unit would be a good thing to add for the summer months but it did not perform well in my opinion. Struggled to keep less than half the place at a reasonable temp despite being rated much higher. I would put my hand in front of the vents and it didn't even feel cold sometimes. It also has some kind of water reservoir that the instructions didn't even tell you how to empty. You have to go online to figure that out. I didn't bother. Returned it for a window unit of the same BTU's about 12 days after purchase. Much happier with the window unit. I could have got a bum unit, but I would not buy another one of these.

Quality air conditioner for a small room. It has worked well for 2 summers with no issues.

Unit is very quiet and seems efficient. I did not pay attention to the fact it does not have a heat pump.

No central air system, no problem. bring out versatile product solutions like this one for long hot days in a room

Purchased this for our master bedroom which just needed a little more cool at night. This thing makes the bedroom ice cold when we want it our Room size is 15 x 15 and this is way more than enough for that size room!
