    Terrible A/C. Barely cools a room 10 degrees F.

    This is a terribly inefficient A/C. My room is much smaller than 400 sq ft and this A/C at max settings can't even cool it down to 85'F when it's 95'F outside. It is very loud too, there's absolutely no way someone can sleep while this is running, even at the lowest speed. Also it started to smell bad after one use, meaning that mold and bacteria is probably growing in it. I am looking for Best Buy to contact me for return information as I am extremely dissatisfied with this product.

    Fan motor blew out after 2.5 years of use, took very good care of unit, and motor started rattling and it just got worse

    Cools room but leaks

    Brought this a year ago and now it starting to leak puddles. It does not indicate that its full anymore. I drained it completely on Saturday morning and turned it on yesterday Wednesday night around 9pm and by 6am it was full and leaking. No warning or nothing

    A joke to install..poor design

    I had to try to install one of these. I was told it was going to be an LG it was this brand instead. Never did get it to fit. The exhaust hose window adapter was a joke. With hose intalled, it would not allow the hose to clear inside window sill. The window itself would have to be modified to make it work and I was not about to get involved in that. I told him to return it and get a window unit. It appeard the unit had already been sold once as there was evidence that an attempt had been made before for an install as the plastic slide adapter was chippped and broken. Do yourself a favor...buy something else.

    Cooling function stopped working after a year

    This thing actually worked pretty well for the first year I had it. Then suddenly yesterday the cool function completely stopped working. Extremely disappointed that it failed a couple weeks after the 1 year warranty expired, especially now that summer is here. Stay away from this brand!

    Won't start

    After a few days the buttons on the unit stopped responding. I switched to using the remote because that seemed to still be working to turn it on for some reason. And then a few days later the remote stopped working as well. The unit will still turn on and off when it is plugged and unplugged but it is unresponsive otherwise. Will return.

    No Auto Temp Control? What?

    Just runs all the time. I have no idea what the thermostat is for because it never shuts off once the room is cooled. I think maybe the compressor shuts off but the fan just runs non-stop. I found it hard to believe but then I read another review saying the same. It has a timer instead.

    Missing Syphon hose

    Syphon hose is not included to manually drain the water tank. AC didn’t turn off after water tank got full. Was no massage on a LED display that water tang is full. I came home and water was all over the floor.The Best Buy doesn’t sell the hose,you have to go and buy somewhere else.

    Bought it 2 years ago. At first it was working great. Then it started shutting off saying water was full, it wasn’t. Now it goes on for 15 mins and keeps shutting off. Waste of money!

    DO NOT BUY! SUCKS BAD!

    This AC says it can cool 550 sq ft, but it doesn't even cool 200 sq ft. DO NOT BUY! THIS AC IS TOTALLY A WASTE!
