Great air conditioner. Good looking and powerful. Cools fast and is fairly quiet. Easy to use with remote. No separate water drain hose comes with it but have had no need since most of the water condensation is being expelled out the window through the unit hot air exhaust hose which does come with the unit. May want to check and drain in high humidity climates

So this is not a low performing AC at all. Better/ quieter than a comparable unit. Honesty not that large. Cools very good! Best of all is not that loud. We have it in our room also. We can’t sleep without the fan function running haha. It’s a nice smooth white noise sound!

Blow last very cold air! I highly recommend this to anyone!

This thing works great! So easy to set up. It cools down my living room so quickly. We put the hose out of the sliding door and it works great. With a new baby, this will save both him and I from having uncomfortable nights sleep. This was a great purchase for the price, my only regret is not buying it sooner!

Picked one of these up not too long ago and I must say I am happy with it so far. It keeps the room nice and cold. Set up wasn't too bad either came with everything you need to get it set up unless your window closes a bit odd then you may need to use the extra plastic piece or buy a window kit to keep the hot air from coming in.

We bought this for our small apartment to just help keep it a little cooler. The day after we had it running it was beyond cool. The vent hose is a little cheap and falls out the locking ring but not a deal breaker. Also, after a few days of running it water spitting out the side of the unit. Not alot but a small puddle. After a few minutes though it stopped. All and all it is a great air conditioner. Very happy with this purchase. Only giving 4 stars for the minor problems.

This unit is great and keeps our family room very cool. Easier to install than window units but i feel as if a window unit would be more efficient in cooling.

This AC unit comes with absolutely everything included, the window package, screws, and is ready to go within minutes. We have this in our bedroom which is about 200-250 Sq. Ft. max. This unit works perfectly for this size room if you keep the door closed. However, if we open the door, the unit struggles to keep up with the additional floor space outside the bedroom and into the other rooms. It definitely skims off a few degrees for a larger area, but that's it. Overall though, I'm happy. I can't sleep in a hot room, and I can get this down to 67 degrees which is perfect for me.

I bought this for a garage and it is doing a wonderful job cooling the entire garage in hot summer days in the Bay Area (up to 100 degrees Celsius) . It's also quiet and nice to move around in the garage. i have my elliptical and rower in the garage so i can easily move the unit to face me when i am working out.

We just purchased a home and as we did a final walk through learned that the listing was incorrect and central air was not installed. As a first time home owner, the cost of adding central air on Day 1 wasn't feasible so we opted for a portable unit and have been surprised with it's performance. From my experience, the unit works more efficiently and most effective when it's on a lower to medium speed setting, we only use "HIGH" for extreme cases when it's 95+ outside, just a preference but this was this particular unit was on sale for a great price which is why we decided it was best for us.

Was very easy to set up right out of the box Especially like the wheels makes it easy to move around from room to room No problem with water leaking on the floor It disappears out the vent just like the Manuel states Does a great job cooling even in the,high temperatures here in Florida

Great packaging for simple unpacking. Easy to move from one room to another and cools immediately. I replaced a window unit with the product and could not be more pleased. It opens up the window view which is a big plus.

Pretty good AC not .not as noisy as to Frederick portable AC I have ..but cools just as good..I want to purchase another one but Best buy don't carry it anymore

Easy install and easy to operate. Simple buttons to control speed and I like the swing operation. Central ac unit died a few weeks ago and this was the best value for the price. I have a open living/kitchen/loft (upstairs) and it cools the area very well even when temperatures reach up to 90°F outside.

Easy to use, quiet, and cools the rooms as needed. Only negative is the timer should be easier to figure out. I just leave it running all night.

It covers my whole room. Makes it bearable to survive when it gets really hot. Also helps circulate in the room. I’m able to sleep during the day and night. Love that there’s a timer and cooling and fan options. A little hard to assemble the hose but other than that, it was perfect. So far so good

The Insignia Portable Air Conditioner made a tremendous difference in our comfort level for us. It made a great difference for our pets (cats) as well. Also, it was very easy to set up and install. We are considering purchasing another unit for a different area of our home.

This gets the job done. It’s oretty bulky. I had to get help getting it from the house to the car. It cooled the area pretty well once assembled.

Got this when my AC went out...kept my bedroom cool and didn't cost much to run. Very very easy setup! A little loud but didn't care since I was cool! Now I keep it in my closet in case I need it again. Doesn't take up much space....highly recommend for the price!

If you are looking for a portable A/C this unit does the work for a great price. I have it in our living room which is one massive room with our kitchen and dining room and it works great. The fan is a little loud but since we are used to running fans its no big deal for us. The exhaust tube does get hot so plan on keeping it as close to the window as possible. Also since it is a portable unit and it exhausts air you should plan on having a window cracked in the same room to allow outside air back in the room.
