Perfect for the hot summers to cool down a single bedroom. Has three speeds, dehumidifier, and option to use as a regular fan. It is not too loud compared to other portable air conditioners.

Fills our living room with cool air quite well. Quality unit. Love the remote. May not fit perfectly into our window, but seal still works well enough.

Bit heavy and not that comfortable to move between floors. Need some better system to set up exhaust into window. Otherwise perfect product. works good. Cools even my high ceiling family room.

works great. bought it for the back bedroom and it's not the quietest one on the market but the noise is tolerable. I like how easy it is to move around, flexible hose and wheels allow easy movement of unit.

Does a great job cooling a space that is about 400 sq ft. The machine is of high quality and is super easy to use and set up. It has made my upstairs living room usable again during these hot summer months.

This works good, but the exhaust hose does get really warm which kinda makes the unit work harder. First one of these that I was ever around so I'm not sure if all these types of units are like this. Easier than a window unit, but still bulky to move around and store in the off season.

I have had it for about 3 weeks. It has done better then my precious AC purchases. Decent for a small Room. Got th job done over a strand of 90 degree days. The hose is durable and easy to attach/assemble.

For being a house brand of Best Buy this product exceeds expectation. I honestly think this is made by one of the bigger brands in A/C business, just by how it's built. Looks like the slapped Insignia label on it. As for how the product it works the thing can cool a good size living area very well. Definitely great for any single room set up. Dorm, single room in apartment, or even just like a living room where most people are at. No lie it makes that room frozen asap. Even lets you know the room temp it's at, plus with the remote it's very easy to use.

Setup is quick and easy. You do need space close to window for vent to reach. Can move it easily due to wheels. First experience with this type of air conditioner but works great.

Bought one last year for my elderly mom's room during a mini heat wave in May. Our window ac units were not yet in and i needed something to help cool her room. It worked so beautifully I came back this year and bought 2 more! It was so easy to run too. Remote control access, timer and ability to change airflow and direction easily and whenever needed. No ac in a rarely used room? No problem, wheel this one over, super fast install and within minutes its blowing out super cool air!! Quiet, easy to setup and super portable. I already installed both new ones and tested them. I have been told portable units are not quite as "efficient" than window ones but honestly I did not see any difference in my electric bill from the summer before so idk? Will probably buy the same exact unit again next year and replace a few of the old, heavy, hard to install window units! Have already recommended to family and friends. Great unit, great price (best for one this size), sleek looking and quiet. Buy it.

We bought this to cook down my daughters room that doesn’t get cool from our central AC due to location. Easy to install and cools perfectly. I like the ease of use and timer. Will recommend.

Irrespective of some negative comments on bestbuy and youtube, I chose to purchase this product. It's been working great so far and no issues at all. I'm using that in my apartment and kept in living room. We try to keep all the doors or bedroom, bathroom and storage area always closed and this A/C have no issues cooling down rest of the area approx 500 sq ft. Only issue is it's thermostat does not show proper temperature and that makes the compressor running for long instead of frequent on/off cycles. Unit also does not heat a lot as mentioned by others even the current temperatures of 90F. I recommend this value product.

This ac is easy to use and setup starts to rattle on really hot days

Super easy to set up. Has wheels, which is nice. 3 different modes: Cool, Dry, and Fan with options of Low, Medium, and High. Also has a timer option and a swing feature. Overall, the A/C feels really nice and keeps you cool, however it takes awhile for it to really cool your room down but works nonetheless. If you live in humid areas like California, set it to Dry not Cool!

This AC works great, easy to setup. It is a little loud even on low but what do you expect, it’s sucking in air and blowing it out. Keeps my living room nice and cool.
