The last time I bought open box - like new, was for a laptop and it showed up the same way, dinged up. Never buying open box again from BB. I called customer service to notify them and was told to take the empty envelope to the nearest best buy store, which I did. I was told at the local store that customer service would have to handle that for me online. So I! Received the product or my money back only a circle or run around until I was tired of the bs... So beware if this happens to you

This is a well taken care of item and it lasted one year and onr month. Warranty is 12 months. I expected it to last and not become lose at the port longer. Very frustrating and a waste of money.
