Only worked for about a week and stopped working. I had a plugged in to my Milwaukee top off and it just quit working. Seems like further price it should have Last did a whole lot longer than it did?

Worked for a total of 5 minutes of use. Wouldnt charge any applicable devices afterwards. Would not recommend.

I love this charger. It's my first 45 watt charger and it's a game changer. I use it to charge my samsung s22 ultra and I can't believe how fast it is. My phone has a massive 5000 mAh battery, which is a lot to charge, but I can get it from 30% to fully charged in under an hour. it's the fastest charging i've ever seen. i like the long 6 foot length as well. always nice to be able to use your phone while it charges and why i prefer to get cables like this vs using wireless charging. the cable has a braided nylon outside and it's nice and flexible and easy to coil without snags and tears in the insulation like you run into with standard cables. the prongs on the unit collapse which helps with storage by having it keep a low profile and gives confidence when storing it with other devices. i also appreciate that this charger is much cheaper than ones from samsung and does the exact same thing. no cons i can think of at this time. this is a solid product and i am very happy with it. would definitely recommend.

The Insignia 45W USB-C compact charger kit is my new favorite charger. I'll start with negative so that any hesitation about buying it can be out of the way. There are no negative things about this charger, seriously not one thing. Now the pros of this charger, it's a high wattage charger so you'll be getting Super Fast charging speeds on most devices, it's compact size makes it smaller than most other chargers and lighter in weight, and the best and my most favorite thing about this charger is the USB-C charging cable. The charging cable is the best, its a 6ft long cloth braided cable that looks great, with black and yellow ends and black and grey cloth, so if you're sharing chargers you'll know its yours when you see it, also if you need to use the cable on a higher wattage charger the cable can reach up to 100W. Its crazy how just providing a nice cable makes this charger better than others I have or even the one that cane with my phone. I absolutely recommend this charger combo kit.

I don't know how much I can really say about this amazing 45w USB-C wall charger made by Insignia. Insignia is never really the brand that grabs my attention, but after owning this charger I may look at them first from now on. It comes in a nice compact package. Plug seems pretty average sized these days and isn't overly bulky. The cord is nice and braided and six foot long. This charger is ridiculously fast, not just fast but insanely fast. It will be my go to charger for travel and when I'm in a pinch. Comes with a velcro strap to keep the cord nice and organized. It will even slowly charge my dell laptop that has the USB-C charging port. It cranks out my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra in minutes. It's really crazy how quickly it charges. It does get a tad warm but nothing to concern yourself with. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a quality high speed charger. Don't look away due to the brand name, Insignia has stepped it up here and you won't be disappointed.

The insignia USB wall charger is the perfect aftermarket charger to add in your arsenal for your cellphone charging needs. The 45w output offers the necessary power to get your phone back to full charge in minimal time. The cable is braided offering more durability and the added length means you can easily charge your devices while comfortably sitting on your couch or laying in your bed. This fast charge will only work on compatible devices that support this feature. For my Samsung Note 20 plus with 10% charge left i was able to achieve a full charge in about 30 minutes which was a huge step up from my factory Samsung fast charger which would normally take anywhere between 50 minutes to a hour. This works for anything with a usb c port including cellphones, ear buds and charging docks. Speaking of charging docks if you have a wireless charging dock that you place your cellphone on instead of using the the usb c port you will decrease charge time. What i mean by this is i have a charging dock i use at night just so its easier to grab it and go in the morning. Normally after a long day if i dock it at a 10% charge it usually gives me an estimated charge time of a one hour and thirty minutes in order to get a full charge. After running the Insignia 45w cable to my dock, my charge time went down to just under a hour. One thing to note is the added power increase will cause temps to rise so make sure your devices are compatible and can handle the extra power increase. Over all this is a pretty simplistic and clear design. Really it comes down to rather or not it can do the job which it easily does. The output is as stated and quick charge is accomplished as long as your device is set up for it.

Work says it should and it's a very durable unit. With the 45 watt adapter and 100 watt cable which are both very durable and well made, together they charge my device full in about 35 minutes. My device that I'm charging is a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra which is heavily used.

Big things do come in small packages. I use my phone a lot. Like almost all day every day. I also tend to have the brightness up pretty high so that I can see better. However, I do not always have time to leave my phone plugged in so that it can charge for hours on end. Before, I would charge my phone overnight and then have ro keep plugging it in any chance I got just to get through the day and even then, my phone would be on the verge of dying by the end of the day. Then I got the Insignia 45w usb-C charger and my battery problems are a thing of the past. Now I just plug my phone in for a few minutes in the afternoon and I have all the battery power I need to get through the day. No more constantly trying to find a place to plug in my phone, having it die when I need it, or being locked down waiting for it to charge. The cable it comes with is a nice braided cable that feels durable, high quality, and that is a good length. I have also noticed that even though my phone is charging faster, my phone doesn't seem to be getting hot while charging like with some other chargers. Overall, this is a great phone charger.

This is not my first fast charger. I decided to pick this up to use at the office to charge my phone and tablet. It charges my phone about five times as fast as a normal charger. With the normal charger it usually takes overnight to charge my phone from less than 10% battery, now it takes under an hour. This is a great option when you really need your phone and it is almost dead. my wife uses one since she is constantly running her phone down from surfing or watching videos. It comes with a breaded cord that feels pretty sturdy. The housing on the wall charger is well made and the retractable pins is a nice touch and makes it really convenient for travelling. This really a great option if you are running down your battery all of the time and need to use your phone quick. At this price point it makes since to have multiple chargers to use whenever you need them.

I Have always use Apple iPhones in the past so Fast charging past like 20 watts was never anything I worried about because Apple set that limit. I also ended up just buying Apple branded chargers because they were the only ones that lasted. Anyways I now have a Samsung Phone and also a laptop that can charge with Power delivery so I figured I will give this a try. This is a charging adapter that's rated for 45 watts which can charge the S21Ultra, S22 +, S22 Ultra or various Samsung's Tablets they have made recently like the Tab 8 with Samsung's super-fast charging protocol. You can also charge your Samsung S21,S21 + or S22 at their 25 watt Superfast charging protocol with this adapter. The USB Type C cable is certified to charge by USB type C at 100 watts which my laptop can use with a 100 watt adapter. Don't need to buy a new cable for it either now. You can also happen to charge any phone that uses USB Power delivery spec up to 45 watts with this adapter assuming your phone or device supports power delivery over USB type C

What can I say about this other than it performs as expected. The cable is well built, colorful and durable. The length is excellent at 6 ft and with a braided coating, looks and feels awesome. The charger is about the same size as an OEM charger, with flip down prongs for travel. Both my Samsung phone and Tablet recognize the super fast charge immediately and both devices charge up very quickly. I have to admit, I was not expecting much but this setup is excellent. Everything feels well built, quality, rugged and durable. I have used the cable with an OEM Samsung brick and it feels as if the phone charged faster than normal, but that could be the cool blue cover with the yellow touches on the end fooling me into "lightening" fast! Or, the setup is somewhat wolverine like and just gets the job done. Again, this is a great charger, versatile and will be my go to when I travel. Nicely done, Insignia. Now, can you make a multi wireless setup for Samsung phones and watches on the same platform....

It is as it says, super fast charger. I can put my phone on the charger in the morning while getting ready for work and easily be at about 40 percent from 5 percent. I have a fast charger already but this shows as super fast. It holds a good charge as well, meaning that just because it charges it doesn't drain down easily. I have charged other devices like my chrome book and a laptop that has the type c charger. The quality is pretty good. Its a very sturdy rope like design that doesn't get hot or easily bend and twist. Works for every samsung in the house just as well so it is the new favorite. The wall plug isn't so bulky that it takes up too much space. The length is probably my favorite part about it. I have so much going on while doing school work or getting ready for work so it makes it easy for me to move around without restrictions. I'm looking forward to purchasing one for each room so I wouldn't have to share mine with my kids. But I want them to reap the benefits of having access to one.

The charger that came with my new tablet was incredibly slow in charging. This charger was super fast and well worth the cost (which wasn't that expensive in the first place).

USB-C was supposed to be a savior for charging all modern devices (except of course iPhones), but unfortunately we are still in a sea of confusion when it comes to fast charging. There’s the different types of fast charging “standards”, different cables, power limits, etc, etc. Especially in this day and age when (premium) smartphones no longer come with a wall plug. However, if you are a Samsung Galaxy phone user like me, and have gone through shuffling between chargers that either don’t charge at all, or else charges at a measly rate, the Insignia 45 W USB-C charger kit for Samsung provides a surefire answer. Not only does it have a high power rating (45 W), making it capable of charging even my laptop, it comes with a very durable, even higher power rating (100 W!) USB-C to USB-C cable. And that makes it an easy recommendation for the typical Android, and especially Samsung smartphone users. The charger is quite compact and nicely designed, forming a cube when the AC plug prongs are folded back, and I could throw it into my backpack during travel without any worry. The build is solid, and the black finish is subtle yet elegant - it does not look cheap. As for the cable, I was surprised to see a 100 W rated USB-C cable being included, making it very versatile. The whole length of the cable is fabric coated which makes it durable and keeps it from becoming tangled up.. Furthermore, I really like the yellow colored reinforcement on the plug ends. A lot of times I had wire frays at those ends due to constant use, so I’m guessing I’ll get better mileage with this. The cable is not very pliable though and a bit stiffer for my liking. But if I had to choose between softness and durability, I’ll always consider the latter, especially for travels. As for USB standard/power levels, this charger supports USB PPS, which makes it usable for a vast number of devices. After some digging I found the following voltage and current outputs: 5V@3A, 9V@3A, 15V@3A, [email protected], [email protected], 3.3-16V@3A. I was able to charge my Samsung Galaxy S22, a Pixel 6, and a Dell XPS 13 without any issue. As expected, the charger itself gets warm to the touch, but not exceedingly hot (which I found with some compact fast chargers). In summary, I’m very happy with the charger and this is my go to for travel since it’s able to handle my smartphone, laptop and my headphones. It’s a good value, and great in terms of ruggedness.
