||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, it's probably not the item itself.That made me angry.It was the customer service.I received not being able to speak english when you call a longmont number.You should get someone in the Longmont store, not someone from somewhere else that you can't understand second I went in to have the manager in Longmont. Take care of the problem of not receiving the item for 2 weeks, he had told me he really couldn't help me that I needed to do it myself. Then. He walked away. I finally got someone online again. That barely spoke English. We finally got the problem resolved that it had been returned to Chino, California. And then it took me another three hours before I could get the item from the store. This has been a ridiculous experience.And I will not be back in best buy

Big sound for a small price

I am not an audio pro but this system makes watching movies and even some tv shows feel like you are there. For the price you can not beat this system.

Just Average Sound

The price was fair for a decent sound. The subwoofer is also just average. I tried to enhance the sound on the satellites with no luck. Has anyone else had the same issues with their sound?!

I paid $230 for this soundbar setup and it is worth every penny. We have a medium sized living room and this thing makes it feel like I'm at the cinema. The sound is amazing for this price point, and if you get it on sale even better. The earc/arc allows our roku remote to control it! Stop searching already and just buy it, plug it in and enjoy!

We had a Dannon before and the Insignia blows it away! For the money I don't think you can get a better product.
