A: Try to re-pair all the speakers at the same time. I had a similar issue where the subwoofer and one satellite speaker would not pair. I chatted with insignia support and they wanted me to exchange the unit. However, I got everything to work just fine by pressing the pair button on ALL speakers (SUB, SURR and SURL) then pressing and holding the source botton on the sound bar until the display showed 'Paring'. Basically if seems that if any one speaker has paired it blocks the pairing of any other speakers.
A: Hello, all the Insignia speakers do need to be plugged in, as they will immediately pair with each other. First you plug in all (4) speakers so they can pair with each other through your Bluetooth wi-fi, then you install the included HDMI Cable to your HDMI Arch input on your TV and the Soundbar. Very easy setup. Hope this helps.
Q: can rear speakers volume be adjusted?
A: no and they are too weak in my opinion
Q: Can this be connected to a fire stick?
A: You would need the Fire Stick plugged into the TV and then you can either go from the TVs HDMI (ARM/ eARC) port/ Optical/ or Aux ports to the soundbar. To get that full Dolby Atmos effect you want to use HDMI.
Q: What stands work with the rear speakers?
A: I actually bought the Insignia brand speaker stands for $50 and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of mounting hardware; with these speakers you have to use the included flat base and the adhesive pad and glue them to the top of the speaker stands. Seems to be working fine so far though it is not in my mind an optimal solution.
Q: Is there a way to turn off the LED display that usually will state the output or the TV mode?
A: No. This thing is garbage
Q: Is it possible to increase the value of the dialogue and reduce the volume of the background?
A: Set the Dolby surround level to low, adjust the treble up to +1 or +2.
Q: I have a insinga F30 series Amazons Fire smart tv will this work it
A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, the Insignia™ 5.1.2 Channel Home Theater Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer and Rear Speakers is fully compatible with your Insignia F30 Series Amazon Fire Smart TV. You can connect it using HDMI ARC, which is the recommended method for the best audio quality and full Dolby Atmos/DTS:X support. I picked up the Insignia 5.1.2 Channel Home Theater Soundbar from Best Buy and honestly, it’s one of the best affordable sound systems you can get right now. For the price (often well under $200 on sale), this setup blows away most single 2.1 or even some 5.1 soundbars out there — especially if you factor in the included wireless subwoofer and surround speakers. Sound Quality: • The audio is rich and immersive for the price point, with the subwoofer delivering surprisingly solid bass that brings movies and music to life. • With 5.1.2 channels and support for Dolby Atmos & DTS:X, it really feels like a true surround setup — great for movie nights or gaming sessions. Easy Setup: You only need a power supply and a few cables to get started — no complicated receivers or wiring. The wireless connectivity for the subwoofer and rear speakers makes placement flexible and gives that real home theatre experience without the headache. Value for Money: Considering what’s included and how it performs, this soundbar is totally worth the price — beating many brand options in the same low-cost category. Many users have mentioned how impressed they are with the clarity and depth of sound you get at this price. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for great sound without spending big bucks, the Insignia 5.1.2 system offers excellent value, easy setup, and surround sound that punches above its weight. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading from TV speakers or basic 2.1 systems.

This is the solution I was looking for, great sound, easy set up, best of all no wires. The sound from my living room did not travel well, i would have to turn the tv up to a really high volume. Once i purchased and installed this sorround sound it solved that problem. Once the main unit is connted to the tv the subwoofer and other little boxes only requires a power source. This system deliver quality sound and has greatly improved my viewing experience. Even casually playing music from my phone, a great purchase and value for money.

The product arrived right on time and in perfect condition. Overall, it’s a very solid sound system: the audio quality is quite good and the 5.1.2 channel setup is clearly noticeable, providing a truly immersive experience. I’ve tested it with content from various streaming platforms, and it detects Dolby Atmos and DTS:X formats without any issues. It works exactly as described. Excellent value for the price.
