It is not possible to adjust the balance left-right or back-front. Bass/treble is plus or minus 3, no further settings are possible. Sub woofer volume is also NOT adjustable. The presets for Movie, News, Night, or Music are not customizable. Dialogue is lost in the soundtrack on Movie and Music, and News and Night seem to disable the rear surround speakers. It won't allow setting EQ on the tv to carry over to the soundbar. I'm not at all satisfied with this soundbar, and will try to sell it and replace it with a more suitable device.

This supposedly been checked by the Geek Squad to make sure it worked. Well, it didn't. The rear remote speakers would not pair up. After many tries, I returned the item and purchased a Hisense unit which works very well. I will never buy another "open box" product again.
