Do not purchase save yourself a hassle

Hard reset, soft reset, nothing we did worked. Satellite speakers did connect at first, and then only one of them would connect for the next three days. And the sound quality out of those was not the best. I should’ve believed the reviews that were posted that were my people that actually bought the product and didn’t receive it for free. Return returned for refund.

Lackluster

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Surround sound from this is a joke, there’s no balance between the front and rear speakers. Sub is actually decent but that’s the only plus side. Sound bar is almost as if it’s a mono speaker and there’s no differentiation between front left or front right. Rear speakers use bluetooth to connect but 10ft away they can’t keep a consistent connection which interfere’s with how loud they are and a constant dropping in & out. Spend the extra $100-$200 for a higher quality surround sound and stay far away from this. Also wireless speakers are a joke, only use wired and deal with the cables because delayed sound is terrible.

Only thing worse than the quality of these speaker

Bought two of these on oct 30th 1 day before the holiday extra return time. Only after less than 2 hours of use one of the speakers and subwofer stopped working correctly. Static and sounded blown out. Contacted best buy said no chance of replacement. Other speakers work okay for now but only matter of time before they break as well.

I did get the soundbar to work but was not impressed with it without the speakers.

It had scratchy sounds as if it was blown out and the woofer would not connect no matter what we tried. It was a lot of wasted time and effort. I no longer want any kind of sound system!

Soundbar disappointment
