I’m extremely impressed with the Insignia™ 5.1.2 Channel Home Theater Soundbar system. Setup was straightforward, and the wireless subwoofer and rear speakers connected seamlessly. The Dolby Atmos and DTS:X create immersive, room-filling sound with clear dialogue and deep bass. It works great for movies, gaming, and music, delivering excellent performance for the price.

I bought these to replace an existing sound bar I had. I use them almost everyday. The sound quality is great without any lag with watching tv. The sound is nice and crisp especially with the subwoofer that brings out the deep base. Sound is great for the price and tje sound fills my medium size family room beautifully.

Black Friday deal and couple reward certificates brought the total to $125 after tax. I wanted to take advantage of my new LG C5 Dolby Atmos capabilities, so this replaced my venerable VIZIO SB3621N-E8M.
I returned the 1st I purchaed due to crackling in the rear speakers. The 2nd has been better, but I've that a lot of sounds I used to hear in certain video games using my old VIZIO soundbar are no longer audible on the Insignia system. This soundbar sounds muddy; dialogue is fairly crisp, but soft/quiet sounds seem to entirely disappear. The lack of EQ or any balancing the center/surrounds/sub is crazy, something my old VIZIO was able to do very well. Will give it a bit longer, but I'm leaning towards returning.

Easy to setup. Would like a way to test all speakers. Not sure the satellite speakers are working properly. I got this item on sale

For the price, this has been a fantastic sound upgrade from a 2.1 soundbar. Though the satellite speakers are mountable, putting them on stands is a breeze. The only issue I experienced was that the speakers weren't synced from the factory. In order to pair them all together manually, the satellite speakers, soundbar, AND subwoofer must all be in pairing mode.
I highly recommend these for the cost.

Absolutely love the fact that this speaker is completely wireless. The cats in the house used to LOVE to go behind furniture and chew on the what seemed like endless speaker wires! Not the case with these speakers. Everything connects wirelessly to each other the second you turn on the base.

I used to spend more than $ 500 to buy the 7.2 receiver plus much more for speakers and subwoofers.. and had to play around with the equalizer to get the surround speaker at the right amount of sounds.. now for only $ 160 for the whole setup and it sounds pretty good plus super easy for setup.. definitely a "BEST BUY"

Rears are too quiet, audio cuts out constantly.

The problem with this soundbar, and from what I can find, many others, is that is has power saving tech that basically starts and stops the soundbar. No audio signal from your device for literally 1 second? Power cuts. It takes about 1/2 a second to power up again. So whenever someone starts talking, the first 1/2 second is cut off. Imagine a scene with two people having a conversation. The first half word of everything they say is missing. It makes watching many scenes intolerable. The only workaround is to run an app in the background that plays a constant tone to stop it from constantly entering what I call "stutter mode."
The rear speakers are so quiet as to be useless.

I was looking for a replacement soundbar and saw this one on sale. Based on reviews, ordered it. The shipping was fast and after setting it up, have been enjoying it. The sound is good and the subwoofer adds the bass to movies and music.

Used in a medium size bedroom and provides good quality surround sound. Price was very reasonable and set up was very reasonable. Volume level is more than enough and you can get good sound with good bass and rear speaker output. One HDMI cable and rest is Bluetooth.

Great system for the price. Granted, it is my first sound system, so I am comparing it to my TV's speakers, but so far, they have worked great. Connecting everything was super easy. Bluetooth functionality is a great plus. Has everything you need.

Great sound system. Set feels nicely made. Sound is clear and consistent. Subwoofer bass is good and adjustable.
The main bar plugs into the TV, the subwoofer and 2 smaller speakers bluetooth to the main bar which is convenient as to not have wires running all around the room back to the TV.

Although the heavy lifting is done by the soundbar itself, the satellite speakers are nice touch for 5.1 content. The bass is really good and the max volume I went was 35. Great sounding speakers you could buy now for a tight budget.

The perfect modern TV soundbar

I have been in the market for an inexpensive 3.0 soundbar for a few years. Figured I would take a chance on this given the price point. This soundbar has absolutely exceeded my expectations at its price point. Great 3.1 audio for basic sports and TV watching if you do not use the rear speakers like I do. I would not recommend this bar to those looking for a cinematic experience, but as a basic bar that allows you to actually hear what you are watching? This is absolutely perfect.

It’s great product, got it on deal and it does the job really well. I prefer to watch tv with speakers. Compare to experience other brands, Insignia does the job really good with less price
Sound quality is really good
