An amazing improvement from my 10 year old LG Smart TV!!

This product was out of stock at the time of purchase, but there was an "open box" unit available. This supposedly been checked by the Geek Squad to make sure it worked. Well, it didn't. The rear remote speakers would not pair up. After many tries, I returned the item and purchased a Hisense unit which works very well. I will never buy another "open box" product again.

Not best sound system, lacks settings to customize sound, needs more settings for increased satisfaction

Works but smaller sprakers are garbage at best. Volume increase is delayed so hard to set level. Worth the discounted price.

Cost is good, set up was easy. Not the loudest depending on what streaming service you are using. Okay sound for the money

Sub woofer was amazing deep rich bass but major issues pairing the sound bar to the woofer and surround sound speakers! Only had to 2 days and had to return because they would not pair again!

Surround sound from this is a joke, there’s no balance between the front and rear speakers. Sub is actually decent but that’s the only plus side. Sound bar is almost as if it’s a mono speaker and there’s no differentiation between front left or front right. Rear speakers use bluetooth to connect but 10ft away they can’t keep a consistent connection which interfere’s with how loud they are and a constant dropping in & out. Spend the extra $100-$200 for a higher quality surround sound and stay far away from this. Also wireless speakers are a joke, only use wired and deal with the cables because delayed sound is terrible.

Everything hooked up the way it was supposed to but sound quality was no better than just the TV by itself,bought for my mom who is hard of hearing thinking this would help but ended up returning product.

Only thing worse than the quality of these speakers is best buys customer service. Bought two of these on oct 30th 1 day before the holiday extra return time. Only after less than 2 hours of use one of the speakers and subwofer stopped working correctly. Static and sounded blown out. Contacted best buy said no chance of replacement. Other speakers work okay for now but only matter of time before they break as well.

The audio would cut in and out when a movie would play. Ended up returning the item. All items are relatively bulky too.

This product did not perform as described in manual. It had scratchy sounds as if it was blown out and the woofer would not connect no matter what we tried. It was a lot of wasted time and effort. I no longer want any kind of sound system!

I was unable to get the speakers to pair and after attempts with HDMI, optical/audio cable and bluetooth I returned system. I did get the soundbar to work but was not impressed with it without the speakers.

Took it right back. Had it all set up but the sub and soundbar wouldn't pair. Called the manufacturer and they couldn't figure it out. Bought JBL and no problems.

Had issue with connecting to 1/2 satellite speakers, the woofer never wanted to connect.
