Have to hold body when opening or else entire freezer pulls towards you... think an ice chest may be heavier... ha

Freezes good but the frost comes on fairly fast keeps the food frozen

OK, so I order it online, pick it up at the store, take it home and take off the box and guess what, it's damaged. Not a little scratch or dent but a 6" section of the left rear edge is crumpled. So, either someone hit it with a hammer or it got banged on the side of the semi trailer when it was being loaded or unloaded. Sort of sad that nobody takes any pride in doing a good job anymore. They just bang away at things and tick off the customers. Now I have to put the packaging back on and haul it back to the store I picked it up at. This is going to be 3 to 4 hours of wasted life taking care of this and then I'll have to wait another 4 to 5 days after they take it back to get a new one. This really stinks.

We purchased this product for my daughter. Within 2 months it stopped working. Best Buy was very kind to let us return it to the store.

We thought this would be the perfect freezer, perfect size. However, the seal is faulty so the entire top shelf filled with ice. Can’t put any food there. Gets very hot on outside too. Have had it only 3 weeks. Wish we could take it back

Not even a week of using it brokedown. All the stuff we put inside got spoiled. Had to have bestbuy exchange it to new one and another brand. We purchased it at store and picked up after two weeks because it wasn't available the time we paid it. We waited, picked up, and ended up only one week of use and even bad our food were all got damaged and thrown. At the moment of writing this review, we haven't have the replacement yet. Too bad!

This freezer was much smaller than expected and did not fit our needs. If you're looking for a small freezer this might work for you.

This freezer worked well for almost two years. It died early this summer (2020).

Wish I could have seen in store before purchased it. Not a lot of room inside. Shelves are small

Apparently, the door seal is not sealing properly, causing the freezer to frost up badly. This started from the time is was first plugged in. Unfortunately, I had the product for more than a year before a I plugged it in, so it was already out of warranty when I discovered the problem.

Plugged it in .. waited 24 hours to put my frozen items in.. nice and cold.. after a week the freezer died and all my frozen items had to be thrown out!

if you would have had a floor model I would not have bought it. way smaller than my old chest freezer

Machine Did Not Work! It Was returned .It did Not cool .It WASN T cool.

Really great freezer. Works well and keeps the food cold. Only issue is having to defrost it periodically since it gets iced up. We lost power for a couple days and even without power it kept our food frozen during that time.

I stay in an apartment. I dont have time to cook daily or even weekly. I cook in bulk and do frozen meal preps. The apartment refrigerator wasnt big enough and I dont like deep freezers, so I got this. I was so happy to find one this long and small. It fits into my coat closet. I'm glad I dont I have a freezer taking too much space and messing up my apartment decor. This was perfect. It freezes well. Cons. - The door reversal, is almost impossible. I'm pretty strong, but I could do it. It almost broke the freezer. So I left it. - 2 racks frosted almost immediately (3 weeks) - the door suction is really tough. U cannot easily open it after closing it immediately. - I wish there was more room and storage on the door

Terrific little freezer just big enough to be usefull. Took up very little space and held more than it looked like.

First of all, I know I shouldn't expect much from a $200 upright freezer. However, i think i got duped by the description saying there was an interior light... The light was the main reason i waited a few weeks to get this model vs the outgoing model which it also appears has better shelves, bigger capacity, and could possibly be better made/ insulated seeing as it weighs 20 pounds more. That said this one is working fine so far (2 days). And i don't feel like boxing it up to back to Best Buy since free delivery isn't included on freezers in thus price range. The manual says life expectancy is 8 years so hopefully we reach that time frame.

Nice compact size & easy access to items. Keep in mind this is a small freezer (good size for 1-2 people}. I am confident that a 15+ lb Turkey could fit on a shelf. Very quiet (wasn't sure it was working when I first plugged it in).
