    So far this smaller freezer is perfect! Got it delivered today and they set it up for me! It’s perfect size for my smaller house! The door can be changed to open in the opposite direction if needed! Would definitely recommend this for extra freezer space in a smaller home for 2-3 people!

    Very convenient to have this size, fit in any small space and hold a lot. I have it 6 years now and it’s in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this freezer.

    Had this freezer for a while and it works great. My only issue is defrosting. Its a pain!

    I like the size of the freezer. It seems like it would be a good freezer to have. Unfortunately like other reviews, mine was All dented up when I took the box off. The box looked in descent shape at the store. Warning you. If you buy it you will probably have a dented product. Called the store and the only option it to bring it back, order another one, then come back and pick it up. That is 3 hours worth of driving in my truck or about 40 bucks worth of gas for a 200 dollar freezer. If it works we might as well keep a bent up freezer instead of spending 3+ hours of my life drive in Houston traffic.

    Not worth the hassle

    Top two shelves started frosting over the first day. Kept raising the temp to no effect. I followed all setup instructions. Glad I kept the original box- the 1 year manufacturer warranty requires the original packaging AND you have to haul it back to the store- in my case down a flight of stairs. I had it three months before I was able to return it. Even though it’s manufactured by a Best Buy subsidy- since it was past the in store return policy, I had to take store credit. They couldn’t even arrange a free home delivery for a new freezer after I hauled this faulty freezer up and then back down the flight of stairs at my condo. Since I now have a store credit I have to make do until they come back in stock so I can repurchase and haul the next one back home, and hope the new one isn’t defective, too.

    So easy to pick up, looked great out of the box. Plugged it in, compressor runs....but no cooling. Nothing. Nada. Zip. I lugged that thing out of my car (they loaded it), set up and bupkis. Now, they want me to package it back up and bring it back to the store? Are you kidding me???

    I had to rent a truck for $20 to pick this item up. I let it stand for 2 full days before plugging it in, just to be on the safe side. After 20 hours, it is still room temperature. Now what? I rent a truck to return, and have spent $40 to NOT own a freezer?

However, there are many mechanisms in place to get this situation resolved, like our 1-year manufacturer's warranty or the 15- day grace period Best Buy offers as a store.     Freezing

    I received this Freezer on 11/19. I plugged it up let it sit 24 hours before I put food in. At present nothing is freezing, not even icecream. I have been contacting store and getting no help.
