Not really sure what you'd use a mini tripod for. It did not meet my needs.

Looks nice, swivel head can be improved. Maybe slip proof shoes

Legs are fixed length and can't adjust to environment.

it does the work but there are better in the market

I used to use the Amazonbasics mini-tripod, but after being frustrated with its build quality I tried out this one from Insignia. I'm glad I did, because the Insignia mini-tripod is more sturdily constructed and is a better item.

I purchase this for my kid to use with her small point and shoot coolpix camera. However, the built in lens on the camera sticks out a bit and pushes the weight of the camera forward so it is practically unusable without falling over. The only way the tiny tripod works is if the camera is facing upward. If they had just allowed for rotation of the camera on the tripod (when fully screwed in), it would have easily solved this issue but there is not way to adjust the balance by placing on one of the legs under the camera lens.

Does this work? Sort of, but; it is very, very flimsy. Just be aware that it is very lightweight and isn't the steadiest. I am using it with a GoPro and it is just way too top heavy for it in my opinion.

I was expecting a fully stable tripod for a very small point and shoot camera, and was very surprised to discover that this cannot support much weight at all. I think that if you perfectly position your camera on the perfect center of the tripod, then it will probably work alright. However, the slightest push (e.g., pressing the camera release button) will set the tripod off center, and then you have to catch it wherever it goes. That is not particularly useful.

Got this to use for a stationary light for an external light source but it wasnt built so sturdy. So you get what u pay for but still does its job.

Bought using best buy.com, but didn't realize size is so small. With this so small size, dont think any one will use this with camera.

this micro stand is ok for the money but it did have an issue holding a camera up (steady). You must nearly over tighten the nut to hold it in place.

Bought it as a spare to my GorillaPod, but not worth it. you need to really tighten the screw hard to make it hold the phone.

The legs cannot be spread wide enough to make a stable platform for my Tascam DR-05 recorder. The product is unsuitable for this purpose.

Poor design cheaply made did not function when remove from the start - plastic pieces fell off the ends of legs an legs did not extend

The tripod is great for trying to capture still videos or pictures. Has a great design and I personally love the metal legs

they are good stuff. But for our use, they are to light and we did not trust it. we ned something heaviest.
