Q: Can this be used with the sony handycam it has a screw for a tripod?
A: Worked with my JVC HDcam which has a screw at the bottom as well. I purchased mine (bought 3) when its on sale for 2.99. Great bargain and pretty sturdy for its size.
A: This should work for a small camera.
A: No you can not use this tripo on the iphone 6, this tripod is made for cameras with a screw on option at the bottom.

A: As long it has a mounting screw I think it should work.
