I'm so disappointed. I bought and returned it on the same day. It was damaged, back and sides all crumpled. It could be during the transportation, but it was unacceptable.

We love this item! It's fun to have our own keg for beer on tap any time we want.

Unfortunately my unit came damaged door was hanging off brackets were there plastic was broke in the top broke three screws. now I got to wait until another one can make it into the store to do a swap out

Great kegerator fast shipping awesome price got it sale

Purchased this to replace and old fridge I had converted into a kegerator. Product was delivered beat up and box falling apart. When opened it was obviously a return as the products inside looked repacked and everything was dirty. One coaster wheel was broken, one of the inside shelves was broke and all marked up inside the kegerator. Contacted Best Buy and they offered 10% off to keep it. Since it would be a pain to return and it was cosmetic I took the offer. Let it cool for a couple of days and they went and had the tank filled and picked up a keg. Go to tap the keg and the keg coupler leaks all over. Take off and tighten everything up and still leaks. This time I take the coupler all apart and even add a little teflon tape and still leaks. Head over and get an coupler from my old kegerator and install it and no leaks. Combination of disappointed with Best Buy for sending a returned item out and the quality of this product. Also if you call the customer service line they want you to return it to Best Buy so they can send it out to be fixed instead of just sending me a new coupler, coaster wheel and shelf.

So excited to be able to use this kegerator this summer at my cabin.

Works well, make sure to pay attention to the instructions carefully.
