Unfortunately, this particular unit is loaded with problems. The temperature control range swings 10.0 / 11.5 degrees. The tap handle sticks. And the pressure regulator does not respond to control. Best Buy has been very gracious in allowing time flexabilty in returning the unit for a full refund.

Okay for light home use

After called Best Buy for a replacement one came but it was damaged. Then waiting months and months with none in stock. We bought it in June 2024 and after waiting months for replacement we finally received one in January 2025.

While assembling the kegerator, I ran into problem with step 1. First the guardrail does not fit. Second, and more importantly, the draft arm does not fit. No matter how much I try to get it tot fit, the arm will not fit into the kegarator properly… I just got off the phone with support and they said they cannot help with the issue and that I’d have to take it back to the store to be replaced. While that’s great because I love an hour from the Best Buy location and it was the only location within 2 hours that had the kegarators (I bought the last one)… You would think a company as large as Bestbuy would create better products/provide better support

The beer tap had a little teflon tape on the threads which makes me believe that the unit was used before.

Will not get below 40 degrees

And then the temp was not getting lower then 40 degrees... and it was all foam. I returned it and got another one and it is doing the same thing. I called support and they told me it should be between 32 and 38
