Apparently they don't match up the parts to the unit. The screws and spout hook into thin air and the gaskets do not match. If it wasn't such a big item I would have sent it back. No wonder it was a clearance item, they must have thrown a bunch of spare parts in a box and shipped it. I'm in the process of jury rigging the thing together just to make it work.

Well my husband tried to hook it up yesterday he finally got his beer that he ordered it was on back order because of all of the COVID stuff. Well the regulator val doesn’t work.. called Best Buy they said they don’t have a part and to get another one it’s on back order.. so not happy at all.. paid a lot of money and husband can’t use it..

Have had this kegerator for just barely over one year. Was in love with it until we went to make a pour and the stem
Broke completely off top of fridge. Plastic pieces used to screw stem to top and all 3 broke. This is in a private home and used minimally. Now we have a kegerator that can’t pour and no way to fix.

So far I'm loving this kegerator. I read all the reviews and did some research online. So when I bought this one I also ordered a longer beer line, a small fan, a tower cooler, a tower sleeve and cap.
I assembled it by myself with no problem and let it cool down. Went a day later to get the keg. The first night was foamy but I hadn't let the keg settle either. I was impatient lol. The next morning was good. I wrapped the beer line up on top of the keg (the regular 5 ft one) and i have my pressure set at 8 for magners irish cider. No foam problems at all since I've found the right settings.
Right now I have a 5G keg and plenty of room to keep the pint glasses in there to chill. Plan to get a full keg next. The tower sleeve and cap are a must. The fan not really needed IMO. The longer beer line I havent installed yet. I put the tower cooler in today and the lines froze lol. So far I'm down to 3 on the temp and I might need to go to 2 to keep from freezing.
My biggest confusion with assembly was all the extra gaskets and all the reviews saying you had to use the duckbill shaped one somewhere. As far as I can tell, the duckbill gasket is the backflow gasket that goes in the coupler but the coupler should have one built in already. This comes with a D coupler so make sure thats what you need for the beer you want. I have to assume that the duckbill gasket in the bag is a replacement in case the one in the coupler fails. So far I've had no issues with beer going up the gas line.
The only gasket I actually had to use was the one that goes under the tower when you install it and the one that goes between the gas line and the coupler. The tower was a pain to install, you really have to force it to turn and lock in. I was afraid to break it. But now it snaps in and out with little force (I had to take it off to get the tower cooler installed well)
The only thing I dont love is that the temp dial is way on the back. Makes it a pain during the first adjustment period. But I assume once I have it all figured out and perfect, I wont need to reach it.

The beer cooler beer line leaks so it foms all the time and I called the help line and they sent me a new one but this one is doing the same thing I try finding someone to work on it and no one does so I have a cooler that I can't use till it's fixed

It was a piece of junk. The draft shaft did not fit and appears to be the wrong type for the machine. Item was bought on line and the Bend store tried to fix it and then took it back. I am thankful the General Manager Russ was most helpful.

Bought this for my husbands birthday we got it all set up had to pay for keg and the co2 and had a constant leak in the tubing nothing would fix it! We didn’t want to have to worry about ruining our floors because of the leak!

This arrived via UPS a few days after I ordered it as promised. I turned it on a few hours after assembling it, and let it sit over night waiting for the keg to arrive. After getting the keg installed it took another day to wait for everything to become cold enough to be able to actually serve. I encountered a few minor problems, hearing that there was issues with line temperature, I encountered a lot of problems with too much foam from pulls. The tube for the beer ended up getting pushed behind the keg and next to the cooling panel, which then caused it to freeze. But once I got that sorted out, everything seems to be working very well. This sorely needs a fan, as once I put the fan in the temperature in the entire fridge dropped by about 10 degrees. I found a small USB powered fan, and snaked the cord down the tap line on the top, and have the air blowing up the line to help keep it cold. Had this been installed from the factory, this would be a 5 star review.
