I've owned this unit for 4 years now. Quite happy with it. Doubles as a mini-fridge and can hold a full size key or pony. I'd recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my husband as a gift! My kids got the C02 tank filled and put it together. Everything was great but there was no tap handle. They forgot the handle. It still works but had to improvise till we ordered one on Amazon.

I purchased a single tap Insignia kegerator about 45 days ago from Best Buy in Maryland. I have since had one keg of beer in it (took me 10 days to receive the ordered beer). I have not had anything but problems with it so far. 1. The beer tap handle, which is connected to the draft arm assembly, is extremely loose. I tried to tighten it, but no luck. 2. The CO2 regular has no happy medium when trying to adjust the pressure. I tried to get it to 10-12, however, it goes to 0-2 when lowering it, while 15-18 when increasing it. I tried bleeding it out and it still has no happy medium. The beer has an extreme amount of head a 15. 3. My beer has froze twice. Once in the line, and now inside the keg. I tried adjusting the temp via the knob but regardless, whether it is at 2 or 6, it froze. With that, I placed a thermometer inside the fridge. It jumps from 29 to 43 degrees. There is no constant temperature. I tried returning it to Best Buy, however, they only have a 15 day window. I am stuck with a kegerator with issues and now i need to drive it to Best Buy to be serviced without compensation. Plus I am out of the money for the beer that froze and now is no longer good. Have been on the phone with both Insignia and Best Buy the last 3 days for over 90 minutes. Needless to say is that you need to STAY AWAY from Insignia.

Instructions indicate the kegarator will not hold a Coors Light or Miller Lite keg, Had no problem with said half barrels as their design has changed. Would recommend this product.

Nice looking kegerator. The refrigerator works well and is very quiet. I bought the single tap model that comes with a 2.5 inch diameter beer tower. The tower rotates into slots in the top and this is not very sturdy or dependable. This model comes with threaded screw holes and screws for the tower but the holes only work with a 3 inch diameter tower; not the tower that comes with it. I ended up getting a 3 inch tower on Amazon for $60. Overall very good. CO2 tank is inside the fridge and there is enough space to put some extra items besides a full size keg. I would give it 5 stars if only it came with a 3 inch tower.

Received and set up two weeks ago. Installed keg next day (1/6 bbl). Has worked great with no problems. I found setting temp at 5 instead of 6 produces colder beer. Go figure. Love it!

I grabbed two when they went on sale just before Christmas. Shipped to the door for no extra charge was nice. I picked the worst looking of the two boxes first. The box, while beat up badly did protect the unit. I was happy. The second one was absolutely destroyed. The top smashed to pieces. Local Best Buy took care of ordering another which arrived very quickly. It looked good, but sounds like a constant chirping bird when on. So, back that one goes. Number four arrived today and the door rubs against the top but otherwise looks ok. I'll let it sit a day and see how the compressor sounds. Hopefully I can adjust the door and keep #4. Knowing what this unit could be, I am hopeful.

Easy setup. Compact, not over sized. Good quality.

Works great, very little learning curve. Very happy with it.

I've burned through 3 5lb tanks of CO2 in my first week of owning it. Haven't had the freezing problem other people have had. Instructions were poor. My recommendation, don't buy this full price and when you get it, pressurize the system and check EVERY SINGLE connection multiple times. I've spent $50 on CO2 so far and poured maybe 6 beers.

Totally awesome kegerator, after 2 years, it continues to work perfectly and the beer is always ice cold.

Firstly, let me say that I personally find the most useful reviews are from someone who's owned and used a product for a significant amount of time and not from someone who just got the product. So here's my opinion after a couple of years of use. This past weekend a guest complained that the beer wasn't as cold as it should be. After a lot of fiddling with the temp setting knob (on the outside, in the back, by the floor - really?!) discovered that the door seal has a quarter-inch gap at the top of the door so the unit runs constantly but the contents won't get cold in warm weather due to air leakage. Also, the tap drips constantly unless the handle is pushed firmly back but this is risky since the tower that supports the tap is only attached to the thin shell of the unit and not to any internal structure. This is a good product to keep beer cold if you locate it in an unheated space, use it only in the winter and live in a Northern climate. It does work under those conditions. Or you could just leave your beer on the back porch.

Excellent purchase so far. Have to set to just under 2 to keep the keg at 35 degrees. Recommended to a colleague who then bought one for her husband. I have to give credit to Best Buy for having these in stock. My Igloo kegerator failed and my keg was in fear of global warming. Kudos for keeping an inventory instead of relying on drop shippers

I have not begun using it yet, since its a Christmas gift, but I did take it out of the box to inspect it and I noticed that the door was broken. Whoever assemble it tried prying the door onto the hinge pins, rather than unscrewing the hinges and installing the correct way. This resulted in the top pin being bent and the door unable to stay on. I took it apart and straightened the pin and installed the door correctly. Whoever is assembling these should be instructed on how to do it. From the scratches, it looks like they tried everything they could to avoid unscrewing the hinges and doing it properly. I recommend inspecting the unit before accepting delivery.

Purchased this unit in April 2020. Setup was easy enough, but the connections needed some plumbing tape to avoid leaking. The threaded pvc connector to secure the tower to the inside wasn't a good fit, but I made it work. Nothing major to consider returning at that point. I placed the unit in my basement bar and never moved it from its spot, other than to clean around the area a few times. I used it occasionally, probably pushing 7-8 quarter-kegs through the unit in total. Prior to a Christmas 2021 gathering, I noticed the beer wasn't dispensing as cold as normal. After investigating, I confirmed the unit wasn't holding temperature. I followed the troubleshooting instructions in the manual with no success. At a closer look, it appears the refrigerant had leaked from somewhere (I couldn't locate the source, but there was evidence of a substance staining the area near the compressor). I called both the support phone numbers provided (Best Buy/Geek Squad and Insignia). Of course, I got nowhere fast. After finally speaking with someone, he couldn't confirm if I had purchased the extended coverage (I didn't, and told him that) and instructed me to visit the closest Best Buy store in person with my purchase order. I don't live near a Best Buy, that's why I purchased this unit online and had it delivered. Eighteen months is all I got out of this unit. I'll probably contact a local repair service on my own and need to drop another few hundred $ to make the unit operational again, or just purchase a new unit. Eighteen months, that's it. Terribly disappointed in this product quality and Best Buy's lack of support for it's products.

Beer is cold! Only draw back is beer tower is installed using slots instead of screws. Highly recommended

like it very much, working great, looks good. good price. Only complaint is location of thermostat, Its hard to reach to adjust if kegerator is placed in a corner or pushed back against the wall. The thermostat is placed low on back of kegerator.

Working well. New to kegerator snit it seems I made a great choice.
