This freezer is excellent for a small family. I like the fact that the food items can be organized on each shelf to make the easy to find.

Perfect size for what I needed, it was a gift for a family member.

Never thought I would purchase a stand up freezer but the Insignia freezer is awesome.

We needed to purchase some kind of freezer or fridge/freezer combo to help freeze and store frozen breast milk. Opted for this upright stand-alone freezer vs. A chest freezer for ease of access. Have a built in refrigerator/freezer that has limited space but for a family of three it offers the right amount of extra freezer space for us. Operating temperatures allow for placement in our attached garage.

This is a nice small freezer. It got cold quickly and has maintained a constant temperature.

I needed extra space for that occasional turkey or bucket of ice cream and I didn't want a big chest freezer. This freezer has met that need. The vertical mounted shelves make it easy to get what you need and it makes it less likely that you will forget something buried in the bottom. The footprint of this thing is very small, just 21 1/2 x 21 1/2". I would recommend this to any one who is looking for a small freezer and has limited space.
