Wayyy to small... I had to send I this back for a chest freezer...

If you are looking for more spacious freezer avoid this...

This freezer is good, I think it service will be fine

Great freezer, looked for manual defrost because it is actually better for food storage. Living in Arizona with low humidity defrosting isn't really a problem. The size is perfect and the coils on the shelves freezer more evenly and quickly it seems. My sister is replacing her 2 year old Kenmore upright that is non-repairable with this small one, it's 1/3 the cost of the old kenmore freezer that died after 24 months.

This is perfect for bulky items like corn dog / waffle / pizza boxes, etc... It is super quiet and light weight. It moves easily with its built in wheels. I've only had this item for two days so can't speak for durability. So far so good. I bought it on sale for $189 plus I used a $10 reward certificate. $192 out the door. I hope this helps...

Not too big, but not too small. This thing fits nicely in area that a chest just won't fit and has many shelves that are great for filling it with frozen food items. Hard to beat that price, with similar models from competitors quiet pricey. Very happy with purchase thus far and only con was it took nearly 3 mos for it to arrive.

Great size...fits in relatively small space. Since it is tall and thin, you can actually see all the items inside...so nothing gets lost! It DOES look like it will need frequent defrosting, but the convenience of having a good sized freezer that doesn't take up a lot of space outweighs that reality. Great item for the price.

Cools fast, each shelf has coils to freeze evenly, perfect for 1 or 2 people who like to bulk purchase.

Purchased this yesterday after my chest freezer died. Same footprint as a 3 cu. ft. chest freezer, but holds twice as much. Like having the door on the front so everything inside is in view. Setup was very easy...I had it unpacked, in place, leveled and plugged in within 30 minutes. Three hours later I was loading it with food. Checked it this morning and it is doing great.

I must admit I just got it over the weekend so I may write another review at a later time. But so far I LOVE it. I didn't have a very big space in my laundry room to put a freezer that's why I went with an upright. It fits perfect where I wanted it and leaves room for me to put my laundry baskets. lol It cooled almost immediately once we started it up. I didn't wait 24hrs but it was upright when we picked it up and up right on its ride to my home. No more opening my everyday freezer and having stuff fall out on me. Or not being able to get ice cream b/c I have no room in freezer for it. It gave me just what my family and me needed, came in great shape (thanks BEST BUY), a lot of reviews on other freezers complained about dings etc when they got theirs. I was worried about it. Super fast shipping. It's the brother to the Kenmore model. Def worth the $80 savings buying this one. I didn't see any difference but the brand name. I will say if you have a BIG family you might want something bigger but this is perfect for our needs. :) Happy Customer so far.

Perfect size for keeping extra food frozen. It holds just enough to not forget about stuff and end up throwing away. I've owned mine for a few years and it's still working great. No other color options would be my only "Con". Buy it.

Worked just fine til last thanksgiving and it just stopped freeing. but I would buy again. Great freezer for an apartment.

freezer had obviously been shipped or stored upside down with plywood chips and skid marks on the box top. box was banged up a bit but only found a minor dent on the door. hope the compressor and other parts aren't permanently damaged. the best buy staff roughly loaded the box into the back of my truck leaving it laying on its side rather than upright per specific instructions on the box. the unit appears to be working properly after letting it sit upright overnight before plugging it in.

I love this freezer! I cannot stand the thought of a chest freezer- so I was super excited to find this- especially for the price! The store has it in the back- so if you go in looking, it will not be on the floor. I love all the shelves- I can keep all my frozen foods organized. I keep this in my garage, in the South Florida heat- and have had no problems with this thing at all! I love it

I did not have enough room in my current refrigerator/freezer. This is the perfect size for my son and I.

Had some time to really use this freezer and I would say it’s a great buy. Fast to freeze. At this price point it didn’t have defrost but hey empty it out , turn it off and it does the job. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Uses little power . Also can be modified to make into a fridge.

I love this little freezer. Just the right size to fit into th back of a Mini Cooper. I was able to unload and take it into the basement by myself. Works great and hassle free.

Best starter freezer for the garage. Bought it after we moved to a new house. Had it for 5 years. Zero problems. It's now been passed down to a friend. I'm sure it'll last for a long time.

I bought this freezer to make it easier for me cause I'm a wheelchair user. I was using it not only for freezer storage but repeatedly throughout the day for ice for beverages. Not a good choice for that. After just 2 weeks frost build up was immense. Nice but I really needed self defrosting..

we have been looking for a freezer that is not too big and this one is perfect. its not big, fits almost anywhere and works as it should. temperature can be adjusted to use it as a refrigerator.
