However i needed a tv, shield, xbox, ps5 and receiver programmed.

I've used computers since the early 1980s and have operated many sophisticated devices, including universal remotes. This one had me pulling out my hair. It's very difficult to program, then things don't work. I eventually got it to work my TV, satellite receiver and Apple TV, but it won't accept my sound bar even though the brand is in the code book. The Watch TV activity doesn't work as it should if TV and STB are programmed. I even tried programming Watch TV manually and it still doesn't work. This is a piece of junk. Don't waste your money like I did. I should have returned it, but it was a challenge. I finally gave up. I cannot believe reviews that say it's easy to set up.

Plus I was in the middle of moving and so I didn’t actually use it until like a week or two after I purchased it which come to find out Best Buy‘s return policy it was two weeks and I got stuck with it and it’s now a pain in my neck because it doesn’t work a waste of money

Terrible Experience

When I got them home, and paired them, the only functioning button was the power button, which made the setup impossible. Needless to say, I returned it the next morning.
