This TV is awesome. I bought an Insignia 10 years ago and it recently went out on me recently so I decided to buy another. I see/use all the apps on this TV and I'm able to catch up on some oldie but goodie shows. Those that use to air back in the day. I look forward to coming home and watching TV.

This tv is a good deal for $450. However, it is mostly true that you get what you pay for. I ended up returning this Insignia for a more expensive Sony model. I upgraded for 2 reasons...size and picture quality. I went up to a 55", and this tv had trouble up converting non 4K images. With directv the picture wasn't smooth and the shadow detail was below average due to poor black levels. In my humble opinion, it's a good tv for non videophiles who want to dip their toes into 4K without breaking the bank. I'm a bit more picky about image quality, so I stepped up to a Sony model instead.

Good value but one concern. There is a store setting in both audio and video setting that it keeps defaulting to every time I turn it on or switch devices. I can manually change but very annoying! Hate it and cannot figure out how to get rid of it permanently.

i use this tv in my room and its fabulous, the only downside is that the stand is legs rather than a larger flat surface which made it trickier to find a place for me to put it. but other than that it is a great buy if you dont want to buy the name brands like sony or samsung

bought this tv to replace an older 720p isignia in our bedroom. it is a great value for the price and on par with similar models that cost more. the software can be a bit wonky at times but overall its a good buy.

Purchase of the 4K TV was as big of a visual impact for me as it was when I first purchased a high def TV. I found myself watching the Food Channel and Nature Channels because everything was so visually stimulating.

Great tv. I was going to buy the cheaper version because I want sure that I really wanted or needed 4K. But now that I have it, I really enjoy this tv. I haven't even explored all the things that the tv can do!

Great picture and we love the apps but when we try to power it off the tv just displays "powering off" and freezes. I'm calling Best Buy tomorrow to see if we can find a resolution.

Good TV for the price. Main complaint is that it freezes up every now and then. Have had to unplug the TV a couple of times to reset it.

Great quality. Great features. Great price. My favorite feature from the TV it self is the "smart" aspect of it. The UI runs smooth. Many of my previous smart TVs from other competitors ran slow and made the apps unusable. Happy with this purchase.

This TV has a great screen. Very crisp and clear. I can tell a noticeable difference between this and my 1080 screens around the house. There is some audio lag via HDMI ARC. I'm not sure if that's the TV or my receiver.
