My issue was multiple bad Logic boards. Then after the second one , Best Buy was unable to get any more parts. I'm facing an exchange now and not sure if I even WANT another one of these.

Red Vertical Lines, Flickering Screen After 9 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Insignia 50 Class 495 Diag LED 2160p Smart 4K Ultra HD TV Roku TV Black on 11/27/2016. It worked great for 9 days and then developed red vertical lines with a flickering screen while watching Netflix rendering it completely unusable. I watch TV very moderately so was extremely surprised. I disconnected all HDMI and Cable and the problem still persists. Luckily it falls within the 30 day window but am still quite disappointed with the product. I will do everything I can to exchange for a more reliable TV (Samsung UN40KU6300 seems to have better reviews). Further, Consumer Affairs has many more complaints of people with similar experiences from Insignia products. Will most likely never buy an Insignia product again.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought on may 29th and it's July 10th and the TV stopped turning on after it started doing crazy stuff like changing channels by itself etc, ,did all the tricks and went online and tried everything I could find and still not turning on,ots a piece of junk, I will take it back and see how long geeksquad will keep me without a TV!
