Purchased as an open box item. I love the TV itself, but am unsure if it's the TV that has the issue or if it was damaged after purchased. As far as the TV the price was great (due to it being an open box item), but after setting it up I understood why it was returned. The actual TV sound projecting out of it is extremely low. Even with it turned all the way up to its MAX limit. I went out and purchased a sound bar which helps, but I believe I will be purchasing another TV for my living room and putting this one in one of my guest bedrooms. ***Best Buy please make sure to inspect the returns you receive and make sure the actual product being returned still works properly. ***Again not sure if it's the TV that's faulty, or if something happened to it.

I never found a reason for actually using my Amazon Prime until I bought this TV. This is probably one of the best TV investments you can make. The quality is truly 4K UHD. Doesn’t mind what size get. You will love it!!! If you love the FireStick, this the TV for you.

Bought this second fire stick tv over the holidays and I want nothing else. It gives you accessibility to any form of media with voice prompts. It was easy to set up and appreciated being able to put in security codes to limit accessibility to certain content because I have kids..

Love the TV and the layout with the Fire TV integration. My wife was concerned about not getting local channels without using a cable provider. We downloaded the Direct TV Now app and get what she needs with so much more. I’m saving $70.00 a month now! Highly recommend.

The TV itself is great. Well worth the money I paid for it and then some. My only disappointment was the processing from time of order to delivery. My delivery was delayed twice which in turn ruined the surprise as a Christmas gift.

No problem with product. Shipping was HORRIBLE! I understand it was Cyber Monday. But in todays Amazon world almost 2 weeks was unacceptable. Ordered online. Went in store for help and they said there was nothing they could do because it was an online order.

What you would expect from an app based tv that costs 500 but for half that. Only downside is accessibility to the Google suite. I do prefer Roku TV's for this reason. The Alexa talk feature is handy if you are comfortable with Alexa. Amazon prime members will love it.

This TV is fine, but it has some control flaws. For one thing, the remote does not have enough "one-touch" functions. Also, the sleep timer is difficult to access and requires the user to exit whatever he or she is watching.

As a UHD TV, this is great with the only exception of it being 60hz(I knew that before buying though). The reason for only 4 stars is the fact that in order to really get the most out of it Amazon requires an account which in turn allows them to bombard you with their products. Overall it's a great TV.

I bought a smart television when they first came out, hated it, very difficult to understand. Still don’t really know how to do more than change the channels.Salesman told me how much better they are now. Set it up and figured out how to use it in minutes.

First of all the TV is not very user-friendly. Every time you turn it on you have to go through apps to find a Chanel. regular TV shows he can’t just turn it on and go right to my channel much more time. picture quality is pretty good.

The TV is great but the remote has been replaced my the manufacturer after three months and now the replacement has gone out. The voice button does not work properly.

The price was right inmy Budget so I was super happy it was hard to het help for my purchase because I had some questions all the tv was in the store was hard to move about and hard choices but I managed this no answers to questions
