I would have said excellent if it was the fact that every time an update happens the tv acts weird, and the apps have issues running. After the last update I have to power cycle the tv at least once every two days.

This 50" insignia 4K HDR, FIRE TV with new remote having volume and power off option is amazing, v. responsive and nice features, i own other fire tv sticks too but this insignia with fire tv is a great deal for the buck.

Great tv for the garage. I wanted something that was not to expensive Incase the humidity gets to it. I do however not care for how long it takes to turn on. being that it’s a fire tv, I’m assuming that is the reasoning

I bought the tv for entertaining, but I have started mirroring my laptop to the tv when working from home. Having a large screen is great because my job requires a lot of attention to detail.

He wanted a new TV because his no longer had sound. He chose this one based on price and value. I thought it was a great price for the size and all the features I have recommended this to others

Great picture, nice fire tv in the box but this unit is not universal remote friendly. It would also be nice if you could lock in an input instead of starting in fire tv mode on all power 0n’s.

I purchased this tv as an upgrade for a tv that is primarily used as a gaming tv. It has performed very well. The detail is very crisp and the refresh rate is much better than I expected for the price.

No screen mirroring like a real firestick/cube. Limited storage so it fills up quickly with just a few apps installed. Picture is good as is the sound. Remote works fine.

The ordering process online was easy. Help with pick up and getting into car was great. Assembly was simple. Hook up was simple. Was able to hang on wall without any assistance. Would definitely recommend.

When we saw an ad for a TV half off, we were thrilled. Unfortunately, when we picked it up at the store using curbside, we got home to realize it didn’t come with a TV stand/legs, a remote, or any other equipment (just TV and power cord). We were able to buy a mount and a remote, but that added up to cost about the price of our discount. I would’ve appreciated knowing the TV came in this state. There was no notification or way to know it was in that condition, which is a complete disappointment. Best Buy, please notify your customers of the full condition of the items they purchase! List the details!!!

I bought tv for my son for Christmas so can't tell you about it yet. But I can say I've been ordering items online from Bestbuy for years and I've never had any problems with items being delivered.

Overall I like this television set. My only issue is on commercials the volume goes up very loudly and it does not happen on any other TV in my house even when they’re on the same channel so I’m thinking it’s the TV.

I was planning on getting a new TV and Roku, but when I saw this fire tv I couldn’t resist! The image looks great and the fact that I can verbally ask my tv to play a specific show is an added bonus. Loving it!

Well built alexa device; super fast boot! Nice colors, blacks in the dark are not that deep, but when it all adds up its a good price for a great TV, get it enjoy it download some apps.

Really good price. In stock item at my store and very thin and light. This tv has great resolution and features for streaming. I did however install a google tv.

It was an easy pick up. However I waited at the online pick up for about 10-15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. With multiple employees walking by and saying nothing. Love the tv.

This was purchased for my daughter and the smart capabilities are great. She is able to watch all her shoes and the Alexa built is makes it so easy to match with all my Amazon accounts.

I bought this TV expecting it to be “too good to be true” but it works perfectly fine and I’m loving the Alexa pairing with the fire TV! I recommend this TV if your on a budget and need a nice TV!

Love that everything is built in! Not too happy that it was advertised as 50’’ and it was really 49.5’’. But besides that is a great tv. Only have had it for a few weeks so hopefully will be saying the same thing, years to come.

Works great this is the second one I have purchased, way better then the earlier version. Really comfortable and convenient when a mouse pad is not available. Say on a plane or in bed.
